I carry a Glock 29sf if I'm carrying concealed. If I'm open carrying in the woods or whatever I carry a Kimber rapide 10mm or a Ruger sp101 in .357 mag with a 4.2" barrel. I've always got my Colt Junior .25 ACP in my pocket.

My buddy gave me a Lowrance HDS 7 gen 3 a few years ago because it didn't work. I asked if he called Lowrance and he hadn't. I called and told them the problem and that I didn't buy the unit. They told me to send it in and they replaced it with a brand new one. I've bought 3 more Lowrance units since then.

I fished with a friend that used C- map and it looked good but I prefer the Navionics for the lakes I fish.

The Lynn Dollar channel is good but it's all old tournaments as far as I remember. The channel the OP is talking about was old fishing videos by Bill Dance, Roland Martin, Jimmy Houston, Rick Clunn, and a lot more. I hate that it's gone I enjoyed watching them, it took me back to being a kid and going to the video store on Friday nights with my dad or watching TNN at my grandparents after Sunday dinner.

I did at least six months of physical therapy and it didn't help. My doctor decided to try to do arthroscopic surgery to remove bone spurs and reshape the end of my humerus. Six weeks after the surgery they got me to try the prp injections. I had about a month of relief but not much. The next step is a total replacement. I also need both knees replaced.

I've been putting off having my shoulder replaced for a few years and I think I've had about all I can take. My biggest fear is that I won't be able to fish and hunt like I used to. I've already had to change the way I cast and set the hook, I've stepped down from 12 gauges to 20 gauge and .410. I'm wondering if any body on here has undergone a shoulder replacement and has any advice.

I've heard that all my life and I believe it. There's a lot to be said about the knowledge the past generations had about natural things. You can put on all the scientific polish you want to but that's about as simple a way of explaining it as it gets. I'll go fishing anyway, unless the cows are laying down.

I like a Rayburn Red and Redish orange crawfish pattern Rat-L-Trap. I prefer the 1/4 ounce. I've got some similar colored square bills and other brands of lipless but I've got more confidence in the traps. I like the ones with no rattles when there's a lot of pressure on the lake but I think most red to reddish orange variations will work.

My favorite and most fished worm to this day is a 7.5" Culprit in red shad and I throw a Heddon's Dying Flutter, a Devil's Horse, a Jitterbug, Pop R, Lucky 13, AC shiner, and Tiny Torpedo regularly. I've got several old baits I'll pull out if need be. A lot of times you have to go old to show them something new.

I'm done with a drop shot too. I've tried and tried to make myself fish it but I just can't do it. I'm not a huge fan of deep cranking either but If I'm fishing with somebody and their catching with them I'll tie one on. I forgot about the A rig, I hate it.

It would be between a Senko, a chatterbait, and a rat-l-trap for numbers. I wish it was a frog or a spook.

I still fish my Texas rig with an unpegged bullet weight. So the only real difference is the style of the weight?

I try to use my baits until I can't keep them on the hook. If I've got a bait that's catching fish I hate to change it out unless I have to, but I ain't ever started out by tearing anything off from them myself. I could see it working but I'll just let the fish do it.

My favorite is a.30-06 with a 150 grain Nosler Partition in front of 59 grains of IMR 4350.

I've used the TVA app since around 2015 to check generation schedules mainly. Anybody that fishes TVA lakes knows the fishing's better when the waters moving. The last two years or so the generation schedules don't seem to be as accurate as they used to be I was wondering if anybody else thought that and if anybody else used it.

Growing up I watched Bill Dance, Jimmy Houston, Orlando Wilson, Hank Parker, and Roland Martin. I still watch them an TV and YouTube. I like Gerald Swindle and Ott DeFoe alot now. I watch a lot of fishing on YouTube check out the channel "Old School Bass Fishing Videos" I think I've watched every one.

I finally remembered to take a picture of my "new" boat. I've been wanting a Ranger RT 188 since my buddy bought one in 2015. I decided last June it was time to part ways with my old 1995 Stratos 285 Pro XL that I've fished out of for the last 26 years and in August I found my RT 188. It's a 2016 with a Yamaha 115 V max SHO. It had only 8 hours on it when I bought it. I don't know how you could own a boat for six years and put only 8 hours on it but I got a practically new boat for $15,000 less than a new one.

I bought a kayak to float the smaller rivers around where we live but I ended up using it full time for about two years while my old bass boat was down. I enjoy fishing out of either just as much.

I enjoy fishing slow. Not only fishing my bait slow but if I think a place is good enough to fish I'm going to take my time and pick it apart, whether it's a brush pile, stump field, a hump, a point, or any thing else I take my time. I don't fish tournaments or have that hurry up mindset, when I'm fishing I'm there to enjoy it.
