PB Thread: Here's where you get to brag a little
I love fish like that. That is one of those that jumps and looks big, but not like a PB, but then you pick it out of the water and say "dang she has a little weight on her!!"

Getting tired of using the jig in Florida
I throw the jig pretty often and I flip and cast it. It's getting frustrating how I can't seem to get a nice bite going when casting a jig and working it back. It must have to do with the eelgrass/heavy cover that all the lakes I fish have. I do great throwing a senko or even a t-rigged worm, but I want to get good with casting a jig and finessing it back. Does anyone cast and finesse their jigs back in heavy cover water? Is their a certain retrieve or presentation I should try when casting and working cover like eelgrass? Let my know guys, thanks

Help with the Hot Water trick for deformed plastics
Hey everybody, I recall people saying something about a trick to make crooked/deformed plastics strait involving hot water. I have a few bags of senkos that were underneath a lot of stuff in my bag, and now they are all crooked. How do you do the hot water trick? Does it need to be just hot or like boiling? Thanks in advance

Redfish/Snook/Seatrout help
Whenever I have NOT sight-fished Redfish all my luck has been from fishing creekmouths on an outgoing tide. Can't say that I can agree with the techniques the man with the long response said, but he sounds like he knows what he is doing. **I would tell you DONT buy the GULP shrimp. It's action stinks. I am total fanatic of the GULP jerk shad in pearl white or glow, basically any white or bright. I mainly only fish for trout and redfish, because my closest destination is Mosquito Lagoon and surrounding area. So unfortunately I only get to fish for snook when I journey down to my buddies place in Venice, where I had an awesome day last year basically beating the docks exactly like bass fishing, with this Y0'Zuri Mag Popper. It was killer I caught five medium to large snooks and ended up losing that lure when my line got wrapped around a piling. But anyways, man you are going to have the best time wading. Don't worry about not having a boat, you will catch so many fish. JUST USE GULP SHAD!!!----Just kidding man. Have fun!

In your videos the money minnow definitely looks the best

I HATE LOSING LURES!!!!
I lost a megabass vision 110 in this blueish green color I had for a year, a couple weeks ago from nicked line. My line was nicked several feet up from the lure. I was just about as mad as you are

Surprising Catch
This one didn't spin, he fought like seatrout or something where they don't fight hard, just head towards piling or another structure in the water

Zoom ultravibe speed craw
NICE THREAD! I love the ultravibe speed craw. It is an excellent replacement for the horny toad, as it is much easier to set the hook.

Jerkbait suggestion?
The pointer is an awesome jerkbait or ripbait. I agree with the 78. A pointer 100 is also a good choice. Also the pointer 65 is a great jerkbait if you want to downsize. What separates the Pointer from most other jerkbaits is that it really does have a side to side walk-the-dog action when jerked. It also suspends perfectly. If you go ahead and decide to buy one some good colors are ghost minnow, american shad, and chartreuse shad.

Tough Pond
You might want to do a little bed fishing!

Lure Quizz !
Hey T-rig is that a floater, or does it suspend? Worth buying?

New to Hula Grubs. Flippin sound like a good idea?
I would tell you to peg it when fishing heavy cover, but let it slide with a glass bead when trying to attract them in murky water. Personally, I don't even peg I just buy perfect worm rig hooks. And I have never T-rigged one of these hula grubs. I took apart a Booyah Boo-jig and used it for the hula grub. It's a flipping jig design so it kept the weeds off pretty well. I was fishing from shore and wasn't really flipping, I was just casting. You should try this out.

Tough bite baits
It's hard to go wrong with the T-Rig for me. The waters I fish are infested with eel grass which can be very difficult.

Extreme Tubo?
That is a good idea. Why didn't I think of it!?

Optimum AC Plug
It works
