I'm from the Guido Hibdon school of thought: smaller lures and lighter line results in a more natural presentation resulting in more strikes from small to large bass. I have fished farm ponds from a few acres to 30 acres. Some you can catch them from the bank; some you need a boat to get to them. Some are spring fed; some are not.
