Only to my friends lmao. Side note talked to a local this morning at the station in zwolle, they had been out night fishing them white perch, him and 4 family members limited last night. Said live shinners at 23 feet of water, said they caught probably 50 small buck bass as well.

I like coves with channels that leed out to deeper water and have the wind advantage, meaning the wind is pushing shad pods up into that cove/creek. Add good brush along the shore line are good structure on the bottom, where bass can lay just out of the current and smash the shad as they pass. Like a cove with a very sharp point. Several of those on San Miguel. Holla at me if you want some company fishing this weekend bro, if it ain't to cold like last time lol I'm down to wet a line.

Just don't drop it too hard are it might end up on the bottom like mine did 2 years ago lmao. Kinfolk caught a few numbers last weekend in the coves close too the house nothing of size but good numbers of 14 to 15 inch fish, thinking it's a lil wave of buck bass moving with the shad.

Just put them on the too do list for pre spawn.

No I sure haven't Catt. I always wondered why I don't ever see people fishing those 2 ridges yet I always catch some there. Haven't yet pulled anything of great size off them but get good 2 to 4 pounders off them often enough to fish it when the wind is right. Key word's (right wind direction) and speed since my boat doesn't have all the new fancy gear to sit there in heavy chop. Tryed it with my anchor but I lost it due to getting hung up in a stump, will put more time in on them this prespawn and post spawn.

If you are absolute you won't be taking shots past 100 yards then get you a red dot from at3. Sight it in at 50 yards and you will be good to go from point blank to 100 yards. I use one on my 16 inch ar grendel and it is a dang fine sight for the money.
