It realy aint seaweed, but texas rigged soft plastics and jigs with nice weedguards are good, Also spinnerbaits.

Try a dropshot, it really works on heavily fished docks.

Small to medium sized soft jerkbaits, use colors that fit the baitfish that are in the area.

I usually just go by weather and dont deal with that barometric pressure stuff.

It all depends on water temp. all that stuff takes place in the 60-70F temp.
