I have to wait till christmas to order my rod as well.Orders from the queen says i have to wait. I know the feeling.

Primus,try G-man's jigs. He can make them for you without the skirt as well.He's an awesome dude and he's got the only jigs i use for these Michigan waters. They worked awesome last year for me...this year i had problems locating fish so not much worked for me this year.

$1.98 here. I don't mind the prices now....finally able to fill my tank again when needed.

A good deal from a pawn shop may indeed involve a rip off but not necessecarily involving the buyer! I'll take my $129 vs a pawn shop $60. Like I'd trust someone fom a pawn shop saying NIB but that's just me Not only that...pawn shop stuff is usually stolen goods.So he'd be supporting the criminals out there.

Ditto! Same thing i use my heavy rods as well. I'm tempted to get rid of all my MH rods and switch them out to mediums.I see almost no usage for MH rods unless you just want an all about one rod.If you look at the rating MH and Heavy is almost identical rating.

I'm looking to get the 26" L st.croix Otherwise i'd get cabela's brand ice combo but i can never get to them before they are sold out when they go on sale. I've heard a lot of good things about them from the guys here that do ice fish during the winter.

That would be a great jig rod & frog rod.

It's a garbage lure...just give it to me and i'll dispose of it properly. Along with about 20 other bags i have stored away.... ;D It has a wicked action on the fall,use a 1/8 oz bullet weight or less.I didn't use them much this year because i was trying to learn some other techniques.I'm regretting that because last year it was one of my top producers. I cast it out to a lay down and let it fall to the bottom.You can either just raise your rod and let it fall back on slight slack line or ripping the bait off the bottom,pause a second or so and let it rip again(works on aggressive fish).

I used to know a few guys in gangs who would bump the back of your car like it was an accident down a road that was really empty and very much less traveled. They would car jack and kill the guy/girl as they got out of their cars to trade insurance information. This was over 12 years ago when not everybody had cell phones yet.

I used to hang around people who look for this stuff.I had some weird friends.They wanted to go to grave yard sites at night,needless to say i was the chicken one. #1.One night i was 9 the lights actually turned off in the house.I got up to turn them back on and as soon as i sat back down on the couch they would go right back off...at the 3rd time i realize something spooky was going on.Then the volume on the TV got louder and softer and i ran outside.Well my brothers were outside talking to some girls at the time and they asked me why i kept turning the lights off and on.I tried explaining to them i wasn't turning them off,i was just turning them on because they kept turning off by themselves.Needless to say i stayed outside with my brothers wreaking their game with the girls because i was too chicken to go back inside the house by myself. #2.I've seen a Big rat looking creature walk right above the pastor in the church full of people.I near freaked out and go "Mom! look at the size of that RAT!!!" Problem was nobody else saw it....this rat was the most creepiest i ever seen,the face however didn't look like an actual rat. I really can't explain it for i only saw it for about 2 or 3 seconds. A week later my mom met a lady who could actually see demons and angels told my mom it is very possible i saw a demon in that church.She said too she'd seen them looking like rats but the present of them scare you because you get that evil feeling when you look at them. #3.This is more of a christian thing,but needless it was strange. I was riding my bike with my brother and another kid.I was 10 years old and we just moved to TX not more than 3-4 days ago.I was about a mile or two from the house.The kid we were with decided to take a short cut back home down a deep hill with a cliff drop off.Needless to say i hit a rock and went straight down 12 foot cliff.I close my eyes and all i remember was it felt like i landed on a giant pillow. I came to(guess i was knocked out) and my brother and the other kid was looking down at me and going "dude you alright?" and i replied "yeah i'm ok". Well i followed them back home and put my bike down as i walked in the house my brother,the kid we were with, my mom and dad looked like Deers in headlights! I said "what's wrong?" my mom goes "how did you find your way home?" I said well i followed my brother and tony(the other kid) home.She goes well they've been home for a minute or so trying to tell us you are dead and fell off a cliff. Say what you want.....i followed somebody home and to this day i believe i followed my guardian angels. It's a memory I'll never forget.

My dog did this on a certain brand of dog food.We changed his food and everything went back to normal.

I'm on here late at night after work also.I just hit back button,copy,wait 5 minutes,Then paste whatever i just typed out. I forget about it every night that the board shuts down for a few minutes. ;D

Now you got the perfect jig rod IMO.I prefer 7' or longer with a rating of MH or H for jigs. If you ever do think of selling it let me know!

Look similar? A little Work similar? Nope However if your water is infested with toothy critters,you won't mind losing these compare to a $15 Lucky craft lure. I have a few...but for the life of me i forgot where they are now.

Isn't cutting gas productions going to raise them prices right back up? Sounds to me like they are trying to figure out a way to get them prices back up again.
