That weird pattern one is actually a mirror carp.That's a rare catch! I know a few carpers in my area who would love to catch those mirrors carps.

That tail resembles a hamburger if you as me...Look closely.

You know though this whole thing....I kept thinking to myself about his family causing all that ruckus.Least he's still alive....what about the officer he killed and his family? :-/

I wouldn 't put him down, what your dog needs is not pain killers, antiinflamatory drugs nor neutraceutics, what your dog needs is surgery and it 's not even a complicated and/or expensive one, all the vet has to do is tu cut away the femur head, if it 's bilateral then one femur head is removed and six to eight weeks later the other one is removed and in 12-16 weeks you have a brand new dog without pain. What would be the cost to do that? I know this is right in what you do,so i'm curious what you'd think it'd cost? The Vet i went to said it wouldn't be worth it. If it matters my dog is getting close to 5 years now...he started showing signs at 2 years old.So we've been treating him the pills and stuff the vet recommended at the time.

I'd gladly pay $100 over a dog....my dog has hip dysplexia(sp) a hereditary disease we didn't know about when we brought the dog for $200 @ a pet store. The pet store moved out real fast when people found out about them and their pets. If i were to get my dog fixed it would cost me an upward of $5,000-$10,000 ballpark(just what i was told).Needless to say i ain't got that kind of money.All i can do is just give the dog a good life and love his spoiled butt till the hip thing gets bad.I know i'm gonna have to put him down within the next 1-3 year time span.He's on all kind of joint and hip pills i have to sneak into his food otherwise he won't eat them. Needless to say this experience has my family not wanting another dog for awhile when this one goes....To this day i'm still searching for that pet store and make sure they never,never do this again to anybody else.He came from a litter of 5...so 4 more people probably have the same problem.I won't buy from puppy mills or pet stores ever again....i always,always brought my past dogs from home owners i knew and the adult dogs i knew as well.

You are right...my apologies...they are hitting close to 2 oz. Well the jackall giron i believe weights just under 1 oz. it's a hardbait though if that matters any.I have one of those and i can throw it on my heavy rod.

I guess i use berkley powerworm 7.5" in tequila sunrise color the most. But i suck as a driver fishing these worms....I don't get many bites on them.I'll gladly admit...i need help,i get the gist of fishing these worms just nothing seems to want to bite them. :-?

Burley,I'm in the same boat as of lately....i can't even get a nibble.

Catch and release...If somebody beats me again one week later by 1/4 pound so be it. Knowing and remembering my catch is just fine with me.Money and fame means nothing to me.

Same here. I use 15# big game on another reel for jigs.

I tend to favor berkley power tube 3" smoke color.It's been my top producing bait this year.

Those grocery store brought pizzas add some frank's red hot sauce and powered cheese...It's like poison.

My jigs i learned from Joe S. his written technique is spot on. I never leave home with a jig tied on.My biggest influenced for my style of fishing. Been drop shotting before i even knew what drop shot was...only difference was i was always using live baits.I think i picked that up by some old guy who just saw me and a friend fishing one day and kinda explained it. Anything else i've been picking up by reading forums and just browsing the internet for tips and secrets.

They still harassing me to date.(almost 2 years) They sent me something and now i won't give it back or pay for it.Besides the constant harassing for "payment" which i just throw right in the garbage now.I won't even read them.They stopped sending me crap because of it.I couldn't be happier....I got tired of the garbage they sent me expecting me to pay for it.It was costing me gas just to run to the post office returning crap. I'll soon be making a phone call to cancel my name off their entire system and tell them to go suck it.

He didn't keep me company long 3-4 seconds....Funniest thing when he landed on my rod i near about freaked out(i just stood there frozen).I think i freak him out a little too when he realized he landed on a rod instead of a tree branch. I'm just glad he didn't poop on my rod or me....

Getting skunked out or getting skunked out and mocked by a bird at the same time? Yeah a bird landed on my rod while i was using it...Looked at me and goes "tweet,tweet".....What i heard in my head was "tweet,tweet loser!" I think i might be taking up hunting soon now.... ;D
