  1. Cart7t, Like I said "If you want people to understand you there's a built in spell check when you are typing your post, use it." I'm pretty sure thats a run on sentence as well, but I didn't fell like fixing it for you. Also never end a sentence with a preposition. It is a preposition.
  2. Your off base. Cart was making a joke. BTW , where is the built in spell check? I thought you had to type in a word doc and then cut and paste to spell check.
  3. I don't know of any that small, but it doesn't meant there not out there. Sebile's Magic swimmer 5" is 3/4 oz. Fourbizz is going to had this but what about the hollow body tubes with a weighted keel hook.
  4. You absolutely need a warranty. For all you know the previous owner is getting rid of the boat b/c its been nothing but trouble for two years, and now the warranty is out and he doesn't want to be on the hook.
  5. 175.00 is not really a low end reel. Once you reach this point you start realizing diminishing returns. A 300 dollar reel will no doubt be nicer, but for the amount you fish it may not be worth it. However, the same 125.00 upgrade over a 50.00 reel is almost always worth it in my opinion. The 175.00 dollar reel vs. the 50.00 reek aren't even comparable. Where as the 175.00 vs 300.00 reel probably share a lot of common features.
  6. When I was looking guide boats made me very nervous. They use them a lot. However, only being a year old there should be a ton of warranty left so I might consider it. Plus, the guide boats I was looking at were from Fork. On another lake they might not get used as much. Whatever you decide I strongley recommend going used. When I started my search I was looking new, and switched to used after several boat owners and guides kept saying buy lightly used. Best advice I have ever listened to. I ended up with a boat that had 3 years of warranty left(more than a new would of had) and only 27 hrs on the motor. Best part is I saved about 17,000 versus the same boat new with less warranty, and I didn't have to break it in. With so many people having financial trouble there are a ton of almost new boats that people need to get rid of. A deal can be had. Good luck, and be sure to post pics.
  7. My sons. Sorry for giving up the secret. Happy Birthday.
  8. Congratulations, RW.
  9. Depending on where he's talking about in south TX that could be a just above average deer. Hope your rewarded with a Boone and Crockett for your patience.
  10. Ummm......yeah........I want to take that back. Nice call huh. ;D
  11. my mistake, but still you oughta have buddies that have buddies that can help you fairly easily.
  12. Contact LBH he might adopt them. He's a cat guy. Seriously I feel for you, but don't give in and do anything lethal. Its wrong and could get you some animal cruelty charges.
  13. I was more of a fan of his Cris Gaines stuff. :
  14. He wrapped that up around win 80.
  15. Aren't you going to school to be a mechanic. I would think you know someone that could give better info than a bunch of lying fishermen.
  16. I think its a blow out. I know Miami appears to be better this year, but if they do what they did to the Patriots I think the Broncos will handle them easily.
  17. Cool....thanks guys. I can't believe they hit it like that often. Muskies must not get as worried about the boat as bass. Nice vid, Speed. Thanks.
  18. Could it really only be a couple of years though? That sounds far fetched regardless. I would think even in optimal, controlled conditions it would take 4-5 years. At 4 years it would need to gain 2.5lbs per year. I see no way that its doing that its first year. So that means it is playing catch up after that.
  19. G Loomis makes a senko rod. I haven't had mine very long, but I like it so far. Its a MH though. Rated all the way down to 3/8 I think.
  20. Really, I bet around here its at least 3:1 Minn Kota.
  21. Micro, I'm very sorry to hear that. Thanks for taking the time to let everyone know what a serious issue this can be. Says a lot about you that you think of others in your time of crisis.
