  1. Unfortunately I have heard this. Will be great for all the tournament guys though. Great lake for tournament fishing.
  2. Brent's *** is an awesome bait. The longer tails and garlic scent make it superior to the original. Plus, it come with chahrtrse tail without having to lug die around your boat. It is hands down the best bait Brent sales. I can catch fish with the flappin hog where they won't bite the bush buh but at the same time I catch them on the on the *** when they won't bite the hog. I jump up and down when they are biting the bug b/c I know tje days fishing is going to cost me about 10 dollars per 50 vs 7 per 8 fish on the hog. Anyone that hasn't tried the *** *** is really missing the boat. I've caught more fish on it than any other the last two years. Viva la ***.
  3. Even though I don't like the color of the Curado I agree with bizz if the reel is bada** it could be almost any color. Fortunatley I love the SX's and you can't beat black.
  4. Wow 3. Gotta admit I was hoping for some hot older ladies.
  5. I think they were just righting the wrong of OU being number 2 in the first place. 45-35. There that will get you going .
  6. \ maybe we will draw each other.
  7. Good call IDbasser. Thanks DD.
  8. Don't forget. I've been kicking around the idea of getting whoever I draw a new boat so you better sign up.
  9. Best of luck. BTW, I've already been praying for your wife. Don't know how she does it.

  11. I was going to get you this one RW, but oh well. http://www.fishingworld.com/vDealers/TX/RockwallMarine/Details.tmpl?SKU=11973175917383205&RID=81717558
  12. I don't know how I feel on this one. If he allows his small child to shoot a gun he should have enough expetise to decipher what is safe and not. On the other hand he was taking advice from so called experts. Bad deal all the way around.
  13. Still sad. Glad to see there is going to be an attempt to hold someone accoutable. I don't know how the father is going to skate though. However, he's going to end up with more punishment than anyone watching his son die in front of him.
  14. I say just let it keep going until lost and not have seasons. Whoever lost it replaces and keep going just like when we started. I don't think anyone imagined it wouldn't get lost all year. Maybe it could make it another year. If we discovered rapala wanted it we could discontinue it then, and get a new lure. Whatever the masses want though.
  15. Those look great. I like the top left.
  16. I'm still trying to figure out a way to convince my wife that this is a good idea >.
  17. If you have friends that live there and really have permission then you need to stand up for yourself. Call the HOA and tell them your parents are considering buying a home and would like to see a copy of the deed restrictions. Make sure that residents have the authority to allow guests there without being present. If so the next time the guy trys to kick you out just simply say I'm a guest of John Smith he lives at 100 abc street and his number is 817-234-7834. If thats not good enough for him tell him to call the cops. It will be good enough for them. Keep the restrictions in your box so you can show the cops.
  18. Also I always try to stay right in the middle or on the low end of what the rod is weighted for when fishing a jig. 90% of the time I'm fishing timber and I find that if I'm over or pushing the weight limit the rod tends to load a little bit when pulling it over a branch resulting in more hang ups.
  19. What weight is the rod weighted up to. Medium means nothing. I have a MEDIUM swimbait rod that is rated 1/2oz on the bottom and 3 oz on the top.
  20. You probably won't need them 95% of the time but you should get them for the 5% of the time you do.
  21. Don't forget that I also said I prefer to be asked. . All you need is permission from one person and you have no worries. You might even make a new fishing buddy.
  22. If its in a neighborhood it is almost certainly private property. I doubt a developer came in and said I want everything but where that little tank is. Land isn't sold that way. Futhermore, the HOA that you appear to think is nothing gets pretty hefty dues from everyone in the neighborhood for maintaining the pond and sub-division. With those dues comes the right to fish and allow whoever they want to fish the pond. I live in the exact kind of neighborhood you are talkin about. Now a few of my neighbors are different, but I will let anyone fish the pond whether they ask or not. However, I would prefer they ask. When I see someone up there I don't know I walk up and look for litter, coolers(for fish). If I see nothing alarming I walk of saying nothing. If they are nice and we have a little conversation typically I will tell them my name and say that a few of neighbors don't like anyone fishing up here, but as long as they don't keep fish or litter they can say they are my guest.
