For some reason, I use a football jig way more than a grass jig or all-terrain jig. For me, 90% of my strikes are on the fall. I use a football jig in places were you would a c-rig. Cast it out, if using a baitcaster feed a couple feet of line. I usually hop or drag it.

What baits do you fish the most?

Right now, I'm stuck on Spinnerbaits. I want to throw jigs and senkos, but I just love spinnerbaits.

This year for metro lakes, 0. But I go north to a private lake which hardly ever gets pressure. In three days I caught roughly 30 Bass and 19 Pike. Only using Spinnerbaits.

How do you get the line INTO the tube?

Does anybody have experience using a Bulldawg lure for Pike or Muskie? How do you fish it? What size do you use?

Look for walleyes around rock-piles, drop-offs, and mud flats in the 10'-25' range depending on weather (spring=more shallow, summer=deeper water). Try using 1/8oz jigs (1/4oz if it's windy). Chartruese, white, orange, and blue are good jig colors. For walleye I use a 6'6" Medium rod, and Sterns ultra-braid 20lb, it's my Bass/Walleye rod. And if your just jigging, try a 5'-6'6" Ultra Light. I use an ultra light when I go to canada, you can't beat the sencitivity.

For me, it's crankbaits. Haven't caught anything on them this year, but haven't tied them on much..Spinnerbait are great for me. Caught alot on them.

What is everybody using for jig trailers? How do you pick what trailer you'll use? I have Power Craws but no luck so far.

Do you use a spining rod or bait caster for jigs?

What your favorite or most productive spinnerbait? Brand? Color? Weight? Blades? For me it's a Terminator Double Willow Leaf, 1/2oz White.

I would like to buy a new spinning reel tomorrow. I'm looking for $60 or less for a pretty good one. It will be on a 6'6" or 7' rod, medium action. What would you recomend?

I'm going to buy a new rod and reel on thursday. I'm looking for a good Medium, 6'6"-7' spinning rod. I would like suggestions for a good rod and reel. For the rod I'd say $90 or less, and the reel $70 or less. Thanks.
