Dogwoods Are Getting Ready to Bloom
Have a tourney on Anna this weekend, was hoping for a little warmer weather to get things going but no luck there.

Maryland's Who's who!
Fishing with Basser89 at Black Hills my biggest fish came on a spinnerbait also. Was using a 7.1:1 reel but was slowing way down. Seemed bouncing off the shallow would was the key. My other fish came on a 5in senko after I missed the fish on a jig. Again on shallow wood.

Back pain
grampa1114...love the answer Thanks for all the input. Hopefully get into the doctor soon. Other then being hardheaded have not gone yet because the pain only happens while in a boat. Tried different shoes but has not helped. Think its an affect on posture or being out of shape so core strength is crappy.

Rod Power Question
There is no standard for power and action on rods. That is why its best to go to a place to hold and review a rod before buying something new. Once you have a preferred brand you get used to how they are made and buy accordingly. Also why different people like different brands. I do not see this as a bad thing, just a means to give anglers options to find what they like.

AT&T Buys T-Mobile
They will have a lot of hurdles to get over with the feds before this is official. One of the major issues with cell phone service in the US is lack of competition, this deal makes it far worse.

Back pain
Wondering if anyone had this same issue, if so what did they do to help alleviate it. When I am on a boat fishing for a full day I get a lot of pain in the middle of my back. Most of it is between the lower part of my shoulder blades. Try to stretch it out during the day and take a couple pain killers but it does not help much. Any thoughts on how to help keep this from happening?

what would you throw?? help..
If he is going to cover water I would go with a moving bait to keep up with him but different then what he is throwing. Maybe a regular crank, spinnerbait, chatterbait, or hollow bodied swimbait

The NFL is modern day slavery
There is only one reason they get away with it. Fans keep paying the price, as long as they can make people pay to see them they will take the money. Ticket prices, concession prices, parking and everything else just gets higher and higher. An average family cannot afford to have a family day at a game anymore. But as long as enough people keep saying its okay we will spend the money to make others richer nothing will change.

New line?
If it was stored out of the sun, and an area where the temps were not overly high or low the line will be fine.

WTH is up with kids today??
Normal generation things, back when people who start talking about "whats wrong with kids today" were kids themselves their parents said the same things. Only difference is with the internet you hear about so many more things in the daily news it makes it seem like its more rampant.

Lake Anna
With all the problems we had during the day and getting home I can not complain. My fish was small but was happy to get that one. Fortunately fishing with Hellbenderman is always a blast, having a partner like that makes up for a lack of fish. There was a tourney going out of High Point marina that morning and a big fish tourney out of another marina but haven't heard anything about how they did.

Lake Anna
Made it out, after some electrical issues with the boat. Ended to the day with each of us catching one bass. Hellbenderman (on BR) got a 5lb 15oz LM on a jig, mine was only about 12.5in skipping a sliderhead finesse worm under a dock. Water color was not bad at all, but got very windy on the main lake.

Maryland's Who's who!
Welcome Fat Boy, always good to have a new Maryland guy especially one around the corner from me. I live in Germantown, part of a local bass club and try to get out fishing as much as possible.

Which worm floats best for a shaky head?
Strike King makes a finesse worm from the elaztech material, floats great.

THE CREME FALLS TO THE BOTTOM
It has been shot for awhile. Even before this there were questions about how local businesses who support the program always had current memorabilia hanging up. And about the favors being done for this. Former players were disputing what the school said in regards to this particular incident and acknowledged how long its been happening.

Lake Anna
Going to Lake Anna this saturday for the first time, heading out at High Point Marina. Anyone been out there recently have any suggestions to get me started. With the rains coming tomorrow not sure how the fish in this lake will react. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Carolina Rig reel
I prefer the high speed reel for carolina rigs because the leader can have several feet to move around. The fish can get a lot of slack in the line and when you set the hook you need to gather the slack from the rod tip to the weight and the slack between the weight and fish. Personally, I have a Revo STX-HS.

!!!BOGUS PAYPAL EMAIL!!!
Some of these phishing emails are done very well, generally no company will ask you do things likes this. One thing to look at, if you hover your mouse pointer over the link the actual url it will go to will show in a pop-up. If it doesn't make sense don't click on it. Everything else in the email can be spoofed, the actual url cannot.
