glad i'm not the only one! he has that crazy annoying tough-guy tone to his voice. it doesn't fit him at all and that can't be the natural way he talks. is there anywhere i can give this show a really terrible rating so discovery will cancel it? ;D

the upper maxillary does go past the eye... definitely a largemouth.

i used to want to get into it, and just recently i wanted to get into it again, but i think its too expensive of a hobby for me to be taking up right now before i go off to college... sure does look like fun though. i think it'd be awesome to get some buddies together and play out in the woods till your entire shirt is covered in paint hahahaha.

did you ever see the one where he did something stupid and totally unnecessary to get better ratings? his show was an entertainment show, not a survival show.

reminds me of Cody Lundin's philosophy from Dual Survival. that guy hasn't worn shoes over in 20 years.

Les Stroud was actually the only survival show I enjoy. You might check out Dual Survival. It's a pretty good watch. Good tidbits of knowledge here and there. yeah i've kept up with Dual Survival since it started. its probably the best survival show since Survivorman.

this is by far the absolute WORST "survival" show i have ever seen. even worse than Bear Grylls and "man vs. wild". it appears survival shows are now reality tv shows... i sure do miss Les Stroud. :-/

i use zune. zune, itunes, and windows media player are the only ones i have any experience with, but zune is definitely my favorite out of the three. my friend just recommended one to me, i can't remember the name but he loves it, it can play virtually any format of media thats out there. i'll have to ask him what it is and get back to you.

i always just buy a cheap *** pair with a brown leather upper and pseudo-suede sole (this is the only look i like as far as flip flops go for me) from walmart, kmart, payless and the likes. usually around 10-15 dollars. they generally last the whole summer but i have to buy new ones toward the beginning of the following summer. i'm sure they'd last longer if i didn't wade in them, i don't think you're supposed to get them wet. they start smelling really bad after you do haha.
