Agreed. Triple clap pushups, I'm happy with one clap haha! Backflip burpees? Holy schnikes! Very nice video.

I'm familiar with a few of these but the majority of this would put me in traction . . .

I think the craziest one was the clap pull up.....that is the kind of video to show, people who say they can't workout because of no equipment or access to a gym.....

That is just nuts I love all the looks all the guys in the background were giving him. The ab shredder dips looked insane to keep that form holy ****.

In the p90x and p90x2 workouts they do pretty much all of these exercises and few other variations. One that I hate is burpees on a stability ball or with a medicine ball for each hand.....I am still sore from my Wednesday workout but it could also be from building a raised bed garden today too.....

Lord knows I use to be able to do all that stuff when I was at 6% body fat. After marriage and 2.5 kids I am more like 6% muscle:( . I tear up thinking about it.

I used to know a girl i climbed with pretty regularly.  SHe was incredible and never worked out a day in her life but could crank out 1 arm pull ups and, even more amazingly, a 1 arm front lever.....never saw another person, man or woman, do that feat even though many said they could.

My orthopedic surgeon would love for me to do some of those :angel500:

Well Dwight, you certainly put a hurting on the Bass last week in some pretty intense heat . .

So I'd say you're definitely "Fit for Life".

And we all know - it's not how you start but how you finish ~ that's the measurement that matter most.

I grew up with a couple friends who were genetic freaks like that.I would spend hours lifting and running to try and better myself and they would sit around eating pizza and drinking beer and staying out all night.I hate to admit it but when it came time to compete against them they were still better than me.
