Hey Sarge,

I only fish Soft Plastics and jigs and the top 5 can change from one day to the next...Sure you can guess the brand 

But on a C Rig I use only one bait...Eeliminator touched with Chartreuse JJ's on the tip of the tail. Only thing that might change with this set up is the size of weight used depending on depth and wind conditions.
