  • I have been a lurker to the thread with some occasional post, and I am really disappointed FSU will have to face someone other than BAMA in the BCS Championship game.   Sorry Buckeye fans, but Ohio

Oh, my god!!!! ostrichheadinsand1.gif

Are you familiar with Occam's razor?

Just as a tip for future real estate deals:

1) don't find yourself as the capital behind a general contractor's attempt to become a developer

2) don't have an investment property in between your lakehouse and the boat ramp. It just adds insult to injury.

Saban signs multi-year extension with Bama....

Yes, Root Beer, ESPN reports Satan has signed a $7-$7.5 million a year contract to stay in Tuscalooser.

Stay tuned. Until the university puts out an official story it is still up in the air.

The Awbunn guys' hopes of a move seems to have ended abruptly.

Watch for the Awbunn people to start to drink the Kool Aid!

The point was that it's easy for some radio show hosts, or opinion column writers to name a "source" and make something up.... All just because they want get under the skin of rival fan base, or whatever.

Like I said, if Saban leave for Alabama then the sun will still rise tomorrow for me.. It not the end of the world. But getting vast entertainment surrounding rumors over amateur sports? You need find something better in life. Just my 2 cents.

You seriously believe that post? LOL. How can you find a post with no credibility "interesting"?

Hey, guys, I heard from a source that Phil Fulmer would be interested in the LSU job when Les Miles leave for Michigan because Michigan is currently putting funds together to buyout Brady Hoke's contract.

LOL, I understand its fodder for the idle mind!  The point I was trying to make was that it would not surprise me if Satan blew millions of dollars in some investment scheme with program boosters, etc.  .

Nevertheless, its all a moot point now since Saban committed to Alabama......or did he?

  • Super User

One thing I've learned about college football coaches, never believe anything until the school announces it. Rodriguez used Alabama's offer to milk out a few more Mill from WVU. could be the same thing here. Only Saban knows where he is going, and he won't say until the bidding stops.

The only thing they're waiting is for the university system to approve it.

How does foot tastes?

Salty with a hint of mushroom................that is how it taste, I should know by predicting Bama vs. Oregon early in this thread, AS A FSU ALUMNUS!  At least I predicted that FSU had the best chance in the ACC!

Beating up on Satan in the Championship, would have been fun since Auburn has been having heavenly intervention.

GO NOLES, Scalp'em!!

Latest Vegas Line:

FSU by 8 1/2

Over/Under at 67

I predict FSU 34 Auburn 17!

  • Super User

I like the under on that. I think the Noles defense will keep Auburn under 27 and I don't think the Noles will score 40+

GO NOLES, Scalp'em!!

As a fellow ACC fan(except for unc. N.C. State fan for life) I'm right there with you! Go 'Noles, bring the ACC a championship!

Two southern teams going for the big one so everything is right with the world.

Don't underestimate the War Eagles, Tigers, Plainsmen, Whatevers. They have been really lucky and if the luck travels with them to California they will put on a show.

FSU has not been challenged as the War Eagles, Tigers, Plainsmen, Whatevers have been this year but the Savages are a very strong football team that has a good chance of walking away with the trophy.

Should be a fun game and the BCS remains in the south no matter what happens.

It makes me throw up a little in my mouth each time I say it, but GO NOLES! :)

This made me laugh:  http://www.sbnation.com/college-football/2013/12/20/5230178/music-city-bowl-2013-ole-miss-georgia-tech

Oh no, cut blocking!  No one else in football cut blocks, so it sure is "scary" preparing to defend the option.

Rock, I have never enjoyed a football game more other than when LSU beats Bamasux.

The game was great. Nickie Satan and Kirby Stuipd look confused on the sidelines.

The Bamasux fans were in a state of shock which was worth the price of admission just to see their faces.

I wonder if that little creep who was crying at the end of the Iron Bowl stayed up to see the game and cried all over again. I hope so.

Yes, big SEC fan here but you just got to enjoy seeing Bamasux go down.

Life is good.

Happy New Year. Hope Kansas can make it back to the NCAA basketball tournament this year.

Oh, somewhere in this Sugar Bowl City, the stars are shining bright,
The Okie band is playing loud, and on Bourbon there are fights:
And in Auburn, men are laughing, and in Norman children shout,
But there is no joy in Tuscaloousa--- Mighty Nicky has struck out.

SEC lost two bowl games.

Time will tell if the Awbunn Plainsmen, War Eagles, Tigers or Whatevers can keep the losses to two.

Ah now it makes since, lol.
