In response to the oft- asked question, "how are you?", seems like more and more people are answering, "living the dream"... which really makes us wonder just what the heck it is you're dreaming about. So today we wanted to know what YOUR personal dream was. Maybe you wanna go on safari, meet Mick Jagger or be able to burp the alphabet.

 

WHAT IS YOUR DREAM AND HOW ARE YOU LIVING IT?

I'd love to fish professionally but it just isn't in the cards. With the way things are in the world and because my family comes first I'll be sticking with what I do because of the job security, good insurance (for now), and (provided there is still such a thing by the time I get there) good retirement plans. 

I have a lot of dreams. My far way out there dream. Is to be able to play lead guitar. In a rock band and sell out arenas all around the world. I know it will never happen. My other far out there dream. Is to start a car company. With cars that can out perform cars form Europe, and be cheaper to fix. With none of the cost that is involved. But that also wont happen.

 

My down to earth dream. Is to be my own boss. I would really like to own my own machine shop. Not sure if it will happen. But right now that is my main dream.

Wud love to get healthy again and some way have a hundred acres to have my whole family live on in separate places and live mostly off land. Hunt, fish, farm.

Tight Lines

for my family to enjoy prolonged health and to eventually live off the grid and off the land. completely.

My dream is to do two things:

1. Catch an 8+ lb bass, with a few stipulations. It has to be from the area that I live in and nobody can help me catch it (a guide).

2. Get a Jeep Wrangler next summer.

Well I am taking care of two of them in September.

 

1. Deep see charter for marlin/tuna, doing that on September 8th

2. Skydive, that is scheduled for September 14th.

 

Not sure after that, this is enough for now. Especially the skydive, afraid of heights so I am sure this will freak me out until I jump

I woke up this morning beside my beautiful, got ready and went and preached.  This afternoon I'm going to play in the back yard with my two little girls.  Tomorrow dove season starts.  Saturday bow and teal seasons start.  Then, I'll preach again next Sunday.  I'm living my dream!

Ive had many dreams, some have already came true.

Catch a Double Digit, Nope

Marry a awesome woman and make an awsome family, Check.

Catch a 5lb Smallie, Nope.

Buy a Bassboat, in the Garage.

Alot of my dreams are small. Can I achieve all of them? I hope.

Complete my bucket list of fish, and it is rather lengthy!  Have checked some off, but not as many as there are left!

The third one will probably seem weird, but im a horror buff.

My childish dream is to win 800 million in the lottery. Build me the ultimate man cave/house on 10,000 acres of prime lake, deer and duck land. Have all kinds of toys and play like a big ole kid 24-7

My real dream is to make it past 62. Dad died in his prime. He was the best cop/dad/man I ever knew. I spend 90% of my day trying to be half the man he was. Alcohol eventually killed him. I'm 34 and not being able to pick up a phone and call him each day, is the hardest part of my day. My son is only 6. I'd like him to be an old man when I pass not in his early 30's.

I just want to be paid a fair wage and be out of debt. Other than that I'm content with my life. My wife and son are happy. I love working my trades. I can hunt and fish whenever I want. I can't complain.
