What Is The One Item You Could Not Live Without When Going Bass Fishing?

Featured Replies

Other than a boat, what is the one thing you could not live without if you were going bass fishing?

You can be as specific as you want with regards to brands.

Warm clothes in the cold weather.  Plenty of times I have been out on the water and a cold front comes through, or the wind picks up, and the temp drops.  No fun.

My BPS XPS TOPNOCKER lure.  They discontinued the hottest topwater lure I have ever used. This turns me off now from purchasing BPS products.

I assume you mean behind rods/reels/baits.  I guess it would have to be either sunscreen or sunglasses.

Backpack, as I bank fish at the moment. I want more lures at the ready than I can care, so a backpack is a must.

Insect repellent.

Oh heck no. Thats one thing that never goes with me. I dont own one dont want one. My wifre got me a pay as you go and it stays in the kitchen. She keeps refilling the dang thing and it now has like $300 not getting used.

Sunglasses for me even on overcast days. Light sensitive eyes can cause headache squinting all day.

Depends where you fish - other than an extra time piece - not doing me any good.

And that's mostly a good thing.
