I've got money to blow on baits from a certain online website. What would you get this time of year looking toward the spring? I've got it all but am always looking for something new. For instance, I'm going to pick up a few huddle bugs since ive never thrown them. 

Suspending jerkbaits, lipless cranks and flat sided cranks are staples for me this time of year.  I'm going to experiment with blade baits and jigging spoons this winter too.

I just ordered my first lipless from them but i have some of there small cranks for trout and early spring bass and crappie.  i also have a m65 that i like.  There very detailed and so far they are holding up great.

I'll 2nd the Duo recommendation.  I have a handful of their baits and they are really nice.

I'd like to try some of those huddle bugs myself. I don't think I've ever seen any soft plastic so realistic! In spring, one of my favorite baits to throw are strike king squarebills. Cheap, and they just plain work!

Every spring I go on a jerkbait buying binge. I'm a sucker for a pretty suspending jerkbait 

If they have the Imakatsu clackin craw I would pick up as many as you can. I got 2 last month and have been killing them with it.

I've dabbled in the huddleston market from time to time and some of the optima swimbaits. The only time I throw them is on big clearish water lakes though. In Illinois I'm mostly fishing in dirty muddy water and flipping lay downs and cover so I dont get much time on deeper lakes.

I fish a lot of dirtier, shallow lakes as well. If you don't have a MS Slammer you're missing out on some vicious topwater strikes, even in the dirty water. 

If I had money to blow......I'd try any Megabass product. IDK, I just think they're awesome.

Huddle Bugs on a Bitsy Bug jig are smallmouth killers. Catch a ton of largemouth on them, too. I take the fan part off the tail off then thread them right onto the hook. Awesome in clear water!
