Rebel BIGCLAW CRAWFISH dives to 10 feet. I'm fishing 9'/10' of water.

I spray it with craw scent and throw it out as far as I can in the open channel along side the weedline. Now i do a sweep back with the rod so it dives to 10'. Once it reaches bottom I reel it slow. Just fast enough so it bumps the bottom.

On rivers I let it float into the deeper pools around the rocks. I let the current take it over and around the rocks. Even a shallow river with pools can produce 3lb bass.

I work the spinflys the same way on rivers too.

I almost never catch a bass on a Senko; because I almost never fish a Senko

Ok I'll explain some stuff.

Presentation senkos 1,

Senkos on a c-rig, 1/8oz weight, 24" leader, weedless hook My senko presentation. Cast it out no scent. Let it fall and keep the line taunt to the rod tip. Move the rod with the line as it falls. Any slight nibble set the hook.

Cast the c -rig out keep the line taunt and wiggle the rod tip adding a extra twitch as it falls be ready to set the hook.

Lure color matters. Change colors.

Not really. My favorite is frogs but there are just places where they just don't work. If you can find a place the shaky head doesn't work, it's because there aren't any fish!

I love the Chug Bug. If you don't already have one, get a Chug'n Spook or a JR. Depending on how you work it, it can be a Chug Bug or a Spook. I like to just give it short rips. It'll chug and walk.

For the first 40 years, it was a White/Chartreuse 1/4 oz spinnerbait with willow and Colorado blade.  Slayed them!

They're just a common bait here and every dicks sporting goods and local shop has them. I don't really think there's another swimbait that could replace my EZ swimmers. Some of the places here that's one of the best/only thing you can fish. I like the Burner worms but don't really care if it's Gambler or zooms version. The ugly otter is a good flipping bait but other than that I don't use anything else that's Gambler. A lot of guys you see using them on social media are on their pro staff. They sponsor a lot of college teams too. Other than that they're cheap, easy to find, and effective.

Gambler uses a very tough plastic that floats, a rare combination.

And since FL waters are relatively shallow & predominately weedy they just flat out work.

Pretty much every marina has them. Even a shell gas station by my house on the way to lake O carries them. They're everywhere
