Which size is most preferred?   4" or 5"? 

I use zoom twin tail fat Alberts those are my fav

Any 3" or 4" doubletail, I like the Zoom Creepy Crawlers and the Yamamotos the best.

It depends on what the bass prefer, 4" GYCB Hula Grub on 3/8 oz jig, clear water, 5" on 1/2 to 3/4 oz jigs off color water. Will use the 4" #176 or #221 for water over 15' most of the time.

Same here .

I like using 3" double tail grubs and 4" single tail grubs in the pressured waters where I fish. The brand I've found doesn't really matter just whatever you like.

Both depending on a lot of different things. 

I am also a huge fan of the hula grub.  You can use it to add bulk to the jig or for a very finesse presentation fish it on a jig head by itself. 

I like the dry creek twin tails.  They work amazing.

I have been using a SK menace grub this summer. I have had very good results using it as a swim jig trailer. The menace is a 4" twin tail.

I like the Missile Baits Tomahawk...more durable than the Yamamotos.

I like the arkie twin tailed skirted grubs that are 4 inches. Work great in cooler water.

No, the average size crawdads north of the border is between 3"-4" that bass eat on a regular basis. The trailers I use for giant bass are pork rind 3" -4" for that reason.
