Looking For An Alternative

Featured Replies

One of my favorite bait is a Rapala Original Floating Minnow F 11 or 13.  I am looking for an alternative though.  I use it as a top water bait most often so floating is a requirement.  Also would like it to throw well on a baitcaster.  I have tried some poppers and spooks but they are not the same.  I think the bill makes the lure run the way I like.  Also If there is something more weedless that would be a bonus.

Try the Jackall Jockie,  you'll be pleasantly surprised

Bomber Long A . One of my favorite lures and cast great .

I know this is more of a bass crank over a minnow bait, but manns baby minus -1 is a killer! 1ft running depth, it moves a ton of water and catches a ton of bass for me! Look into it! Wakebaits are a blast!

Rapala Husky jerk minnow is a plastic version of the original, floats and is heavier.
