How's it going everyone? I was born and raised as a flat lander down in Florida and moved up here to Tennessee for the nature and fun in and around Tennessee. Been here a month and loving it so far. We've been hiking and seeing waterfalls as well as taking in all the fun and concerts Nashville has to offer. I haven't been fishing in a while but I'm getting back into it now with so many fresh water creeks and rivers near by. 

 

If anyone has some tips for Sumner County or really just Middle Tennessee in general, I'd love to know of any spots you may know of to start getting into the action. We just got a couple cheap rigs from Wal-Mart for now and will start building up from there. The kids are pumped to get fishing (11 and 5). 

 

I'll post questions on the other sub-forums but any tips and tricks for the fish in this area are always welcome here too.
