I just recently purchased a 7' 6" mh fast 13 fishing *** gen 2 (the green one) on clearance, and I was wondering what techniques and or baits I could use it for?

Should be very good for jigs, spinnerbaits, chatterbaits, and possibly frogs as well. 

T-rig, C-rig,A-rig, pike in-line spinners, big surface baits, big swimbaits, you get the idea..

Spinning or cranking?

According to your rod specs, any lure that weighs between 3/8 and 1 1/4oz.  You will also enjoy the casting distance of a 7'6 rod.  And if you are tall (I am 6'4) a rod like that makes for great pitching from a boat.  This could be a very handy rod for you.  

Just purchased a 7'6 medium heavy myself. Plan to use it for deep water texas rigs, football jigs, carolina rigs, and swing head jigs. 

all my bass rods are 7' 6", no ill effect for what I do & love the extra distance I get while casting...

Frogs for me.

i have the E6X MBR903c casting rod (7'6 MH power, fast action) and use it for everything. I can't go back to short rods now. Im 'hooked'
