Spent a sunny, warm and a breezy day on the water with my wife Lynn.

We don’t fish together as much as we used to but always have a most excellent time together when we do.

Made our way back to the carry in and paddle only lake and had the place to ourselves all day.

There were plenty of green bass to be had, along with a few toothy pike.

Swim baits, swim jigs, spinnerbaits & even the odd stick bait were coaxing bites in & around the cabbage weed patches.

We certainly weren’t setting any records for size, but we made the best of it.

That's what it's all about.  Glad you two had a good time.
