I came upon a rare flippin stick that was sold by Cabelas back in the late 80's that was new and has never been fished.  I put some cork sealer on it.  Note the off set "stripping" Guides to make the single haul draw easier. A piece of history.  It's not as old as my Fenwick Dee Thomas Lunker Stick flippin stick but it's pretty cool.

I have quite a selection of the telescopic rods. Ive never had one issue with them. Storage was easy also

My buddy brings one of those every time he goes fishing. The first time he telescoped it I about fell out of the boat laughing. Pretty awesome, I had just never seen that

I bought a telescopic rod several years ago from BPS. After I got it home I wasn't sure it was what I wanted  or what problems might happen with that type of rod. I never unwrapped it or took any paperwork off of it. I took it back and traded it for 6'6" casting rod. Glad I did as I have used it a lot more than I would have ever the other one.

I have an old Castaway Bud Pruitt Flippin Stick.  7'6" Telescopic Heavy power parobolic (slow) action.

 Never an issue with it.
