I had it in my head that it was going to be a stiff, difficult to manage line, but that's not the case. I use straight 8lb on spinning gear all the time and it fishes very nicely.

AbrazX is excellent on baitcasting gear, but for spinning I like InvizX.

 

When I put my jig/weighted plastics rig together, I spooled it with AbrazX. I hate fishing braid.

Even though I like Invizx better, AbrazX is great line.  When I first tried it, I wanted to compare it to Trilene XT in the way it is different from XL>  Well that was not case.  It handles well but it's not as soft as InvizX and is no where near as stiff as XT .   I like AbrazX for heavy cover, rocky shores and for just flipping/pitching.
