Feider’s graphs on the bottom of Champlain

Featured Replies

Did you all hear Feider say his graphs fell off and are in the bottom of Lake Champlain?   If he was serious, that is brutal.  The guys were talking about the horrible conditions on the way to weigh in today.  Wow

No. That'll turn any good day bad, quick!!

I always worried about that happening. One of the many reasons I'm only putting one 4" graph on this project boat!

I know.  These guys don’t have cheap graphs and have solid brackets holding them.  He must have hit hard to break them completely off and send them to the bottom of the lake.  That would be over a months pay for those 2 graphs and brackets.  Yikes!

Imagine being the cameraman riding with him .

I heard a lot of the pros saying they owe their riders!

I'm sure his sponsors will have replacements for him by the next event.

Hopefully he has some of those waypoints and icons on his console units.

Probably already done.  Hard for these guys to fish without 3 or 4 graphs. Although Seth loves his MILF!!

Thanks for sharing that.  Amazing story!!!

I thought it was pretty awesome not only that he got them back but again how tight knit the fishing community is!!

Crazy story!  He speared a wave at speed, which is how they got tore off.  Water is a force of nature.  I've been to a few tournaments on Oneida, Erie, and Ontario where some have made long runs and paid the price in gear.

More amazing is the honest people !

It sure would have been hard to not want to plug in that Helix and check out those waypoints!

But I agree, pretty cool how it all came together.

Or -  at the very least, pulled the SD cards out & made a copy.
