New from Connecticut

Featured Replies

Hey everybody.  New to the message board from Central Connecticut.  I've been bass fishing for about 3 years now.  I don't own a boat so obviously I bank fish(for now).  I've learned quite a bit from researching YouTube, fishing articles and talking to other locals I come across.  A few topics brought me here, mainly tips for winter bass fishing and to see about some new spots I can fish.  Unfortunately this state is so built up many of the big lakes offer minimal shore fishing because of private property.  If any Connecticut anglers want to meet up in the area I'd be willing.  My wife and I are weekend warriors and if I get out of work with any daylight left I typically hit a local pond or 2.
