That looks like a Nichols Old School Hologram.  The only problem is that it would have to be an older version since the newer ones have eye sockets and 3D eyes. I don't know if they made the hologram model before they added eyes to the head but it certainly looks like it.

The Nichols Hologram spinnerbaits that I bought from @WRBdo not have eyes, either.  Truly Old School.  :)

You could for 1/2 the price.
