I’m sorry for asking all these questions, would those colors work well in murky water?

I have all white, green pumpkin, and black/blue. That’s it. They all work. (There’s even arguments that color is only a confidence thing.) I can say my green pumpkin jig with orange in the skirt catches fish. But so does my white swim jig.

No worries, that's what these forums are here for. So in your case, I would start with the black and blue. Most of my water is pretty clear, so natural colors are my go to.

Yes. I like the compact size and the lighter wire hook for light cover, especially in the early spring with constantly changing conditions. The 3/8oz. works well in all but very windy conditions.

Especially when he's currently got several styles of finesse jigs on sale for less or just a bit more than BPS' price.

 

SK or SO - they're the only jigs I buy.

@WRB BPS has been on my crap list for a while.   I shop local when I can, and deal with a few shops from CA, Az, and a several from Alabama and georgia.

Thank you! I was thinking that Okeechobee craw looks like a mix of black and blue and green pumpkin so it would work In murky and a bit clearer. What water clarity would you say okeechobee is for? If black and blue sounds good for me I will definitely go with that instead. But just wondering about the okeechobee craw.

Do you think a Keitech Swimbait would work on this jig?

BPS puts such terrible hooks on their hard baits, no way I'd trust the hooks on their jigs.

 

Buy from Siebert's, get a quality hook and pick from like 50 different colors instead of a few. A few dollars more but at least you won't be crying when a big bass wrecks that hook.

In another thread you mentioned you're new to fishing and that's why your asking a lot of questions.  You are going to get some snark from posters.  Ignore them.  We were all in your place at one point and jumping into bass fishing can be overwhelming at first.  Keep asking questions and read as many threads about your interests as you can.  There are many people on this board with a wealth of knowledge who are incredibly helpful.  

 

With that said, there are many types of jigs and they all work but have different techniques.  First ask yourself, how do you want to fish a jig?  For me, I buy football, swim, flipping, bladed and finesse.  Once you know the type of jig you want, imo, the most important thing is the hook.  As has been mentioned, the BPS jig will work but the hook is probably garbage.  Like many on here I buy all my jigs from Siebert Outdoors.  The hooks are great and color selection is second to none.
