832 is on all my rods.

Daiwa J braid and Yozuri super braid have worked well for me

If not Nanofil my next option would be Sufix 832. You don’t really want too soft of braid for spinning, a lot of tip wraps and harder to fix windknot. Any of 8 strands braid should quiet down a lot compare to PP.

It’s expensive, but YGK SS112 has put itself at the top of my list. Pretty fantastic stuff. For everything else, regular PP and 832 get the job done.

From what I hear, the 13-carrier (Sufix 131) is even smoother.

My input isn't worth much on this as I have not used many brands but I am amazed at how good Suffix 832 is, especially on a spinning reel. And I've got some several years old installed still working great.

I'vee used 832 for years and love it.  I have found PP to cause more wind knots.  I'm pretty impressed with the Kastking braid.  It's super affordable and haven't had any issues so far.

Sufix 832 is the gold standard in my opinion. I have used it since it was first introduced for everything from steelhead, Bass, Salmon, Pike & Musky, never had a complaint.

I'm a J-braid X8 guy, previously was Power Pro and Sufix 832.  I find J-braid to be very limp whereas the other two tend to be stiffer out of the box.  I'm running the 8lb on a couple of finesse rigs and it has performed beyond my expectations.

Kastking just came out with two new braids. Kastking Pro X in 13 and 8 strand.

That was my exact experience too on my first use of 832 as well. The spool I bought was on clearance(not sure if that had anything to do with it) and was the high yellow neon color that went on my top water bc setup. The line kept snapping and I was losing baits and lures so I unspooled that line and went with FC. 

I’m a power pro guy. I’ve tried sufix 832 and power pro super slick and didn’t like it. 

Daiwa J Braid X8 15lb will be perfect.

PowerPro and Sufix 832 is what I like to use, especially since they're both easy to find and usually on sale.  I tried PowerPro Super 8 Slick and it didn't last one season before I took it all off because the wind knots with Super 8 are infuriating.

Don't use a lot of braid.  Going to try the new YGK sinking.  Have used Sufix Performance and 832, Original PP (noisy) Fireline (flaked bad) and am currently trying Fins Windtamer, Original PRT and 40G.  Got to give Smackdown a try as well.  Too many high opinions of it not to.

I'm trying some Smackdown this year and is by far the smoothest braid I've experienced
