Finally going to bite the bullet and order some Siebert's with the 10% sale. Plan on getting 1/2 oz dock rocker for skipping docks and pitching around structure. What version do you all recommend? Also what is the profile like on these,trying to get a good idea for what size trailer will work with them. 

My favorite jig.  I love the hook as it seems to hold the plastic on better.  The shape is more of an arkie jig shape.  Skips awesome, wire tied to prevent the skirt from falling on the skip.  I like a 3/8 most of the time.  I will use 1/4 and 1/2 at times as well.  Skirt selection is awesome.

Which version do you use? From my understanding there are two different version, the dredge and the grid iron and they both use different hooks. What is the profile like? looks like a very full profile  especially with a 4/0 and 5/0 hook but hard to tell from pictures

The profile on Mike's jigs are great as well, you can pretty much trim them up any way you like.  I've use a big trailer with a full skirt all the way to a trimmed up finesse jig with a chunk trailer...

Sorry.  I use the dredge jig.  The shape of that hook holds the plastics and seems to hook them and hold them extremely well.  I also love buying directly from the maker.  From everything I have heard, he is a great guy.  

Thank you guys!  My most popular is the Dredge Series.  I sell more 3/8 than anything, then it would be 1/2oz.   The head shape is mix between an Arky style and a tear drop.  The 1/4 and 3/8 have a 4/0 hook and the 1/2 is a 5/0 hook.  The skirt is approximately 55 strands either banded, wire tied, or rattles.   The Dredge Dock Rocker is one of my more popular jigs.  One of my favorite trailers are the Rage Craw or Chunk.  I'm going to be trying the Zman Hella Craw.  It looks promising. 

 

Pick up a few Sniper while you’re at it. Great for colder water 

The 1/4oz Dock Rocker Dredge jigs are a staple for me, they are what I really learned to fish jigs on.

With a Rage Menace they come it at 0.061oz and are imho the ideal match for a 3 power Loomis or similar rod.  I fish a lot of shallow water so 1/4oz jigs are my bread and butter.

I have a suggestion for you guys.... Would it be possible to put a chart together showing which jig style heads you carry and their applications?  You could include links to them with suggested trailers. 

 

Anyway.... your stuff is awesome.  I think my new favorite thing from you guys that I bought is the tungsten weights.  Great quality and the price can't be beat. 

Grid Iron Dock Rocker wire tied is my favorite. Owner hook sticks them.

This is a great idea! I get very confused by all the different jig variations.

Thank you,  I can make something like this.  It will probably be awhile though.  I'll put it on the list.  I've been trying to get a free moment to rig up some craws on jigs and take pictures of those too.

Honestly, @Firstoutfisher, the dock rocker heads that Mike makes are the best do-everything jig I've found. It skips like a dream, it hops and drags, it'll come through weeds and lighter brush, it swims if I'm too lazy to dig something else out.

 

For trailers just about anything you wanna try is okay. My general-purpose jig is a ⅜oz dock rocker (usually in junebug) with some kind of 4" craw of beaver-style trailer. If I want a little more compact presentation, I just bite a little bit off the tail and thread it on the hook like normal. Easy-peasy.
