They have the NHS, so basic gear is covered.  JDM is out of pocket. 

Yeah, but the prescription is to fish for tench and carp, not LMB

My last trip to Canada to fish was a three-weeker and when you're alone for a couple weeks, your brain quiets, as least mine does. The chatter stops and you just watch. I love the silence.

It took drinking and driving to find out that we shouldn't do it. Experiment away!
