Urchin baits need to cool their jets. I am barely just using dice baits that I make myself.

I saw a couple of monofilament lines released, one by Sunline, one Seagar which I hope can replace Defier.

Only things I’ve seen that really caught my interest were the Strike King twin arm spinnerbait and the Snag Proof “Zoo Wag” (Frog/Jitterbug hybrid).

The Zoo Wag looks like it could be useful over mats, but I could not find any video footage on it.

“Zoo wag”……Reminds of the jitter bug, just with frog hooks, I like it.

I'm excited to give the sinking elaztech a try. Wouldn't mind a tough Senko alternative.

Also the Evo HD and new bare bones chatter head.

Something that didn't seem to get any coverage maybe because it's just a new size, tho that didn't stop a bunch of companies from hyping new sizes and colors, the KGBxSPRO XL Chad Shad.

These steal the show for me. I’m intrigued by the Strike King twin arm as well.

A few items that may not be grabbing the headlines as much:

Nishine BQ Frog - Its design allows you to easily walk-the-dog without modification. Plus you can switch between "normal mode" and "heavy cover" mode for better hookups. Missile Baits Ike's Dice Jig - Combines a dice bait and a jig with a unique weighting system. It solves the rigging problems associated with these baits.

Yamaha Crosswave - It combines a Waverunner with a fishing boat. In essence, they built a deck around a Waverunner to give it storage and a place to mount a trolling motor. It's a competitor to the SeaDoo FishPro. While it didn't debut at ICAST, it is new for this year.

There is a few that got my attention. The double arm spinnerbait, The shimano phazer, The strike king hog hustler swimbait, The yamamoto dagger minnow, and that frog that Glenn showed above.

Its sort of boat but man its cool.
