I read a few pages back that most of the lake was ice covered, i wonder if the same is true for the cooling pond. Hope to make it over there on saturday or sunday to take advantage of this nice weather, cabin fever is setting in haha

Called wolf creek power plant is down for servicing and the fishing is absolutely horrible nothing is biting and the weather is bad also. I would not hit that lake this Saturday if your planning on it.

with the wind they're forecasting tomorrow you won't be able to fish slow enough in the cold water you might be lucky if they even let you on.

been out on wolf creek since the gates opened, no sign of getting called off anytime soon.
