more specifically Smallie on a jerkbait in April, when the light it up every cast and break your wrist.

Smallmouths are the winner by far! Cant beat a smallmouth exploding on topwater or that hit on a jerkbait that almost takes the rod out of your hands.

You are forgetting the legendary Sacandaga Smallie...should be in a league of its own.

I voted smallie. However, if you had specified that the stripped bass were females only, it would have been a tougher decision  :o

If I lived in S Florida, I'd probably have voted peacock bass.

Smallies are a great fighter! But my favorite is defintely the Largemouth!!!  :o

Thats the place that turned me to smallies....there you can catch 50 2.5lb sm in a half day.  

Since i've been there thats all i want to catch when i'm out fun fishing.
