The small town i grew up in was a commercial seaport preceding the revolutionary war.  After the boston tea party, some local revolutionaries got together and dressed as indians and raided the seaport.  Instead of throwing the tea in the water, they piled it up in the town square and burned it.

On the street i grew up on the house still stands where the guys met before going into town to burn the tea

Fat-G came from my Golden Retriever, properly named "Ginger" (cough Burley cough) who passed last May. She was, in fact, fat. Fat + Ginger - inger= Fat-G

Choupique is what we call bowfin here in SW Louisiana.  I tend to catch a few from time to time when bass fishing.

Baker is my last name and 06 is because my wife is pregnant with our 4th child so there will be 6 of us.

Almost time to get a bigger boat or atleast that will be my excuse.

I was dubbed "Mudwalker" by one of my Marines because my patrol routes always got us into deep mud.

I run my mouth and I am a jerk. All I like to fish for is Largemouth Bass anyway. I have been reading BPS catalogs since I can remember. My old lady is SteelheadedWoman. She's is stubborn with a head of steel and she fishes for steelhead.

Because most of my time on the water is spent with small people under the age of 16...that are related to me...closely. :D
