Featured Replies

I had a great time fishing with LBH... talking about CAST for KIDS and low budget fishing. A super nice guy he is.

Brainless fun fishing was on the menu for this day, which is my specialty! enjoy the show!

Lunkerville is fast becoming my favorite fishing show. Hey Russ did you treat him to a lobster dinner or did you go LOWBUDGET on him and feed him crawfish? ;D

x2! ;)

That is what fishing is, or should be, all about.  I love it.

:)

yes, a very fun day indeed.  A couple points...

-The "cranberry jelly" was a chunk of mind altering jell-o, which was added to this weeks version of boat punch.  (fruit, 1 juice box and vodka, well shaken and frozen)

-The "3-tap theory" was taken directly from Catt, a BR Elite member.

-The day was a VERY tough bite.

-Did I say we had a blast?? :D  I love having new people in the boat and these guys were a great reminder of why.

Thanks again to Mike and the Lunkerville crew for making the trip, for being 1st class guests and most importantly, for helping us spread the CAST and BR word!!

THANKS GUYS!!!!

Excellent show!  Never thought I'd see Russ fishing to country music!  ;D

Russ, you're a good educator. Great information, and great plugs for BassResource.com and Cast For Kids.

i'm like you Russ, i love catching pickerel. they fight harder than a bass any day. i cant see why people dont like them.

A first and last  ;):P  I had no hand in the editing on this one,lol  I thought I was safe with a "New York City" based production crew........

With love,

-The Yankee

(FYI, for those who aren't aware, my aversion to country music is a well known thing here on the board, we aren't being mean, lol ;) )

Haha my favorite part was when Mike goes, "Where'd you find that one?"  LBH says, "In the water.  You'll notice in RI they follow that pattern."  lol

I think we have that pattern in CT too LBH must be a New England thing     ;D

That goes along with "What are you catching them on?"

Response: "The bottom!"

Cool vid, looks like you guys had a blast.

Just another great Lunkerville show. Each episode continues to surpass the previous ones.

As for the fishing being tough, well, Mike D has a very long history of going fishing and nearly always managing to turn off the bite.

Stickbaits & the spawn goes together like PP & J does. Their just a natural that really produces for me.  My basic philosophy is that if the lure puts fish in the boat, I'm using it.

Great show, I laughed a lot!

;D ;D ;D

And you can't beat the trick stick!

I actually got the episdoe to play on my crapnet here in Iraq!!  Loved it!
