how does the spool spin when the line has been stripped and there is zero tension applied?

i have that same rod and use it for treble hook baits 1/2 oz and smaller and love it.

I have, and really regret it..LOL Amazing rod. I love mine. agreed, but i dont think 1 Cumara is worth 2 Compres. JMO.

imo.......waste of money. you can drop $50 on bearings easy. when youre done you have a $50 reel with $50 bearings, worth $50.

my question is: why not change your engine and start at the rear? makes zero difference where you start on the plate tracks... on a side note, odd the 500 winner isnt the points leader.

if BPS sold a reel for $50 that preformed like a Sol, it would change everything.

i am completely burn out on 60's, 70's, and some 80's. that said, there is stuff from the 60's-2010's i still listen to...a lot. thats my answer.

im not sure me seeing you use a spinning reel will help me at all. the fact is i can toss most anything i want with a baitcaster, well. #7 shad raps can be a pain but as long as the wind isnt blowing hard im good to go.

i struggle casting spinning gear with accuracy. im about 98% baitcasting.
