I complained about this last year......
I remember driving by these last year too... I'll have to keep me eye out this year. I gave some thought to your dilemma and where we live this would be frowned upon. I know I would never see dead animals hanging from fences in Roseville. Then it dawned on me....... the people that live in that general area are just flat out WIERD.... you know what I mean!!! My old man and I walked into one of the bars and when we walked in it was like watching an old western where the bad guys walk into the bar and everybody stops and watches them..... it's like they sensed we weren't inbred like everybody else :-?

Soft body swimbaits
Can't go wrong with 3:16 soft baits. Mighty Minnow and Mission Fish are great weedless baits for your woody reserviors. Price is pretty good as well

Stream trout fishin
I used those when I was little, I used to do well with them trolling. Don't know how they perform casting though.

Help finding a swimbait rod.
The Okuma is right in your price range. Great rod for the money and a great warranty as well. the 7'6" H is a very versitile rod. It handles small baits around 2oz with ease as well as hucking 8in hudds. You won't be dissapointed!!!

Are you in enough sahpe if
Well duh!!! With a BMI of your level you could float and just let the wind blow you 200 yards to shore Thats right folks. This guy hates fat people. Let him have it. . I don't hate fat people (just you), I dated my ex for 3 years right? :-X. 200 yards is a long way. I know I would probably struggle, but 90% of the time I dont fish that far away from the shore. If I ever had to jump ship while the big motor wasn't on, it would only be a 50 yard swim at most.

LOL!!!!!
I'm no financial expert, but lets say the taxpayers didn't bail out AIG and they had to file chapter ?? bankruptcy, they would have had to restructure everything and I'm sure those bonuses wouldn't be there. Please correct me if I'm way off!! I'm a firm believer in earning my bonuses... I know I work hard for mine and I really have to show the company I'm worth every penny of it.... to me these guys don't deserve a dog sh!& on a stick. They got themselves into this mess, not us. They need to take responsibility for their actions just like every hard worker. *I may be way off on how I think, but I'm not big on the politics and financial area, this is just what I think of them.

Six inch Huddleston trout.
Your state record is ~11.2 lbs. Why does it matter what 12+ pounders would really be interested in? How many times do you really think you'll be throwing a hudd infront of a 12lbers face? There are tons of people out there that have bigger PB's on smaller baits than most people have on bigger baits. Just get it, it's a sick bait for $15 and fish will chomp it!!!!!

Six inch Huddleston trout.
I don't have enough fish on this bait to give you a great answer, I've probably only caught 6 on it and it still looks great other than the teeth marks. It's not that it's a bad bait, just I don't fish this size bait that often. I can vouch for the 8 inch (Which should be the exact same) and they are pretty durable. Last season I had 15 3-9lbers munch one 8inch hudd in one trip and the bait isn't that badly beaten. You can always use super glue, mend it, or Huddle Bond to repair any tears. I usually tear mine up by dragging it on the bottom for a whole trip.

Drop shot rod???
I'll second this. I own the 7'2"M and love it. It's great for an all around light tackle rod. DS, Shakey Head, 1/4 oz jigs, small jerkbaits, even a trout rod. Plus it holds a great warranty for the price and has a split grip (Not a big deal, but you don't see many rods in this price range offer the split)

SwimBaiters- Topic II- from (previous thread)
While I have no proof to back up this theory, I was just talking to a buddy of mine about the noisy wakebaits. His take on it, is that in dirty water, he would pick up one of his "squeaky" wakebaits, over a quiet one due to the fact that it's going to throw off some sound along with the movement of water. He thinks the fish can key in on the bait which in low visibility is a good thing. It makes sense to me. The two wakebaits I throw the most are the Slammer and Wake Jr. While I have way more fish on the Jr. In low visibility (i.e. muddy water, or Night fishing) the Slammer has accounted for more fish. My slammer also displaces more water than the jr.

SwimBaiters,I need your input!
Maybe if she were a YOUNG and sexy, then I might buy one. I prefer the young (legal) ones (Jay :-X). I think your targeting just Team Depends when you describe it as old. Let me guess, it's got squeaky joints also????
