Yup It is amazing what Pro-Staff "deals" include these days. For example, I know of one guy who works 5 to 6 shows around the region in the winter, does writting for a company, and recieves a 30% off baits that cost all of about $0.50 to make and sell for $14 each. It is a joke. But hey, good for the companies taking advantage of this "everyone wants a sponsor" craze to show they are better than the next guy.

Have you seen the new Bass Cat Eyra?
They are bringing back the Eyra? That was a crazy little boat, thought it was like a 17'10 that could hold a 175. I like to see the smaller boats quick boats making a come back so people who don't want to get into a big 21' boat can get something nice. The smaller Stratos and Triton's are just goofy looking.I'm sure it looks a lot nicer than any other companies 18' boat.

favorite top water last year ?
If you threw a buzzbait last year, and there was a smallie within 100 feet, it would eat it. Best topwater year ever.

Yozuri Hyrid vs. Invizx
I love the Invisz for light-weight stuff but last year I went over to the Abrasx for a while and really liked it, never had to worry about fraying the line. I don't see myself buying the Invisx this year.

Don't even waste your time man. Unfortunately, me and many others had a massive fallout with them. I don't want to post details, but many of the people on this forum or any other forum with TT in their signature are being low balled. Pretty much anyone can get on board with them now, because they totally restructured their "pro-staff" plan, where as it used to be a legitimate program that rewarded both parties for hard work. Now it's like ESOX rods patch pirate program. So if you feel like being taken advantage of, send emails to Tim, Dan, and Tom Jr. Good luck my friend. It is pretty said how that stuff is happening more and more. My favorite "pro staff" programs are the ones you buy into. ;D For example that Secret Weapon Lures, you have to be "familiar with" their products so you have to buy a "Prostaff starter kit" which is like $50 then you receive 30% off your purchases. lol Field staff get a whopping 15% off products. I had three friends of mine get pretty much sucked into this crap a few years ago and tried to get me on board. I pretty much called them dumb-***** and laughed. It seems like most sponsorship deals are becoming nothing but small individual sales for the company.

Looking for a new tow vehichle? Suv not pickup
Hard to beat a Suburban/Yukon XL. My mom had 2 of them and they were just awesome vehicles, she had an 2001 and 2005 and put over 100k on both and zero issues. Great tow vehicles as well.

Opinions on off-limits?
I don't like them if they are a week or so then some guys have home field advantage and can rely on the spots that always produce and during the spawn someone can get lucky and stumble upon a big female. I like them when they are a day or two before because it levels the playing field and if you do your homework the extra few days can help you figure out some overlooked things.

He may be a beast but his numbers dont add up even close to marty or stammy it just doesn't make sense and now that he is not playing and they still didn't get the invite pissis me off, no love for the Florida guys I get it but you don't want All-Star team, you need chemistry and hard-nosed guys too. (ever see Miracle? ;D ) I would take a guy who was 6'4", throws he weight around and can score 20 and 60 a year anyday.

How accurate is 10-15 day weather forecast?
Never around here. They couldn't get a snow forcast correct when it was happening yesterday. Predicted 10-15" all throughout RI. The upper part of the state got 1-3". Twenty miles south we got about 6-10". Don't believe it until I see it.

Polarized Sunglasses
Try to find an Under Armour or Oakley outlet store. Bassinajr and I have pretty much stolen some amazing glasses from there. I got my Under Armour polarized ones for $60 and at the local Dick's Sporting Goods they are $210. I know AJR has found $300 Oakley's at the Oakley store for around a third of that.

Found a steep 13ft drop off. How would you fish it.
mmmm....that's usually what happens when you just name 7 lures. One of them is bound to be right. ;D Like Catt said what are the conditions? How do you know they are even there? Might be more a prespawn or summer spot later in the year.

Possible cure for cancer?
Fact is the drug companies would never allow a cure for cancer to hit the market.
