  1. It will be fine. Go enjoy it.
  2. NO, and I don't care what the circumstances are. When you sign up to defend this country and put your life on the line, you are under the umbrella of our military doctrine. Private insurance policies have written declarations stipulating that coverage ceases when joining active military service. At least the ones I write here in Texas do. Any application submitted on anyone in the active military will automatically be declined for coverage
  3. Catt, we don't disagree on a lot of things, but I am on the other side of the fence with you on this statement. You need to make money on it. Your knowledge and time are worth a lot more than you are giving yourself credit for. Good luck and even though we fish together I would be the first to sign up. Good luck, Jack Now, I'm off to the big pond.
  4. Well, I'm on my way up there at noon. Loading up the thermals and the BPS bibs. Looks like I'm gonna need them.
  5. Yes you do. You may not know it but he's standing there.
  6. Thanks, the last and only time I was there was to have surgery from an injury I suffered in NAM. They flew me in and I never touched the ground. It was off a plane to the hospital for treatment and then back on a plane state side to California. Hopefully this trip is better.
  7. Company called her and wants her to do a 3 hr. presentation in Hawaii on tuesday the 31st . Offered to fly her out on Friday the 27th to prepare. Let you guess where I'll be on that Friday. Ya'll can have this weather. Gonna eat up a few of those free air miles. LOL
  8. Great idea Catt. You should stay busy.
  9. Go with the Dell and like cfff 1.5 says demand the XP.
  10. Stanley Wedge 3/8 oz. white or blue glimmer skirt with small colorado front blade and a willow leaf on the rear.
  11. I stay on most of the day and half the night.
  12. The OEM T handle type seems to be what everyone around here is running. I'm with everyone else on the toter issue. Anytime you can take any stress off a transom is a good thing.
  13. If it has a Mercury motor the newer ones use the "T" type that mounts up under the lower engine mounting bracket. Personally, I would not tow w/o one. JMO
  14. We all going to get an eye opener today or tommorrow. Highs in this area until Sunday supposed to be about 50, lows high 30s to low40s. Time to break back out all the gear.
  15. R.W., we are fishing them with thin wire hooks and heavier line. If you cannot pop it loose we can pull most of them loose with the heavier line. I'm sure you allready know that , but thought I would just mention it.
  16. Enjoy it while you can. Big changes coming in the next two days.
  17. I'm 5'11" and I prefer the shorter rods. I use a 7' flippin stick, but also have a 6'6" when I get in tight to cover. Just seems to give me a little more control. JMO..
  18. I am at a loss as to why he did not have it on him. I suspect it had expired and he did not want to show the card. It should be checked at registration and be done with it. We will never know exactly what happened, but it's a lesson learned. Wish he had chosen to handle it better, but that's the choice he made.
  19. What unit are you running? You will need the south region map, but depending on the unit what card you need. Let me know.
  20. Thanks Catt, I'm leaving mid day Friday, will give you an update when I return Sunday evening. Thanks for all you do.
  21. What's your set up. I have friends that can help us. Yea, I know I do really have a few. Let's see if we can piece you back together. Waiting on you. Jack 281 224-8853
  22. The EFI should deliver better milage. If you have never tried to start a carb Mercury on a very cold morning you havn't lived. 35* and lower some of the older ones are a bear to start.
  23. If the wires from each unit are laying close together it could cause the problem. Move them apart and see if this will help solve the issue. If they are running off the same battery get them as far apart as you can to cut down the interference. If you have two batteries run each unit off seperate ones. One of these should solve the problem. Let me know if it works.
