  1. My 1967 Chevy Nova Super Stock NHRA/IHRA drag car. Set several records with it, got a divorce many years ago, and sold during a brain fade. Been trying to find it for 15 years.
  2. Crazy things happen this time of year. Tuesday night my wife and I were shopping in Ulta to get her daughter some hair stuff. Two girls loaded up on things walked to the front door, rushed out to a waiting car and took off. The employees said it happens several times a week. What low lifes they are.
  3. As far as I know I do not dream.
  4. Merry Christmas to everyone
  5. The one that will help you fish to your style and stay safe in the specific types of water you plan to fish. All of the name brand boats will do the job. Size will depend on the type of water. Big lake-Big boat. Rivers and smaller bodies of water small to mid size will work the best. With the amount of money you listed you can easily get whatever you desire. It will be easy to step up the size and power by looking at a one year old boat that has warranty left on it. Just deal with a reputable dealer and make sure the service dept. is strong.
  6. Just wondering if anyone else is using to help with your map study. It is a free download and if you have not tried it it is worth a look. Really helps to check out a new lake or one you thought you knew well.
  7. I have had no issues. Thanks, for all the hard work and the site looks great.
  8. OMG Catt. I feel for you. Had 5 neck surgeries in the last 26 months. Good luck and hope everything can be resolved. Take it from one that's been there. If you can avoid surgery by all means do so. If not, there are some good ones here in Houston as a last resort. Good luck. Talk to him about the steroid injections if you have n't already. They can help sometimes. Happy Birthday and again good luck.

  10. You bet...Even though he's full of it...
  11. I'm not mad at BASS or FLW. It's ESPN that might be the ANTI-CHRIST. ESPN has done more to destablizise the fishing(And All Other Sports) than anything that has come along in the last 40 years. I hate them. Have not watched sportcenter in over 10 years. The first that needs to go is Chris Berman, and then I have a long list of others that will have to go before I ever watch it again. The biggest misinformation you will ever hear starts with the following...ESPN is reporting that..............
  12. December until late march. Depending on the water temp. 50 degree water is ideal to rip them just above the grass. School fish in the fall or after a late season heavy rain that causes a lot of runoff. In Texas any color will do as long as it is red...
  13. First off, a fish does not need to see a bait to eat it. The lateral line down the side of the bass helps locate. I have caught more than one bass over the years that was blind due to some sort of accident or other happenings. They were healthly other than not being able to see at all. I dipped one up with a net that swam by my boat that had one eye gone and the other had a growth over the other. As strange as it sounds the best dingy-muddy water bait I have ever used was a chrome/blue rattletrap. I absoultly rip them up river on Texoma, Rayburn, Toledo and most other lakes when the water is off color. Why, other than the sound I cannot answer, but it works a lot for me.
  14. Catt, hope your back gets better. Bet your a holy terror when you cannot fish. If it keeps up we may have to add you to the Broken Fins club. Good luck with it. Glad to hear the wife is better.
  15. That has got to be a joke...No one can be that stupid...on second thought.........
  16. I have had mine for a while and have experienced none of the above problems. It's been kicked, steped on, and abused more than it should have. Above post on Abu's service is right on. Just let them know if there is a problem and it gets fixed quick.
  17. Wonder how loud he cried for help on his way down? Sick, if he was under the care of a doctor he better have his notes all in order. Family will seek revenge & the almighty dollar if he had prescription meds in his body.
  18. How about those Cougars...It coulda and shoulda been much worse.UK fans beware of what you wish for. Prior coach is what? 7-1. Go figure. The idiots are running the program...Again...That's two(2,2,2) losses to C-USA in the last week. How far will they fall. I guess it is now a football school...LOL
  19. Catt, that ought to shut em up. Sorry you drew an idiot. That happens though.
  20. Does not sound like the FLW I know...This guy may have a gruge against someone in the organization. He's decided to pick on some real heavy weights. I don't see a chance of this going any furthur.
  21. Competition...Most of the tournaments around here draw 200-250 or more boats. It just becomes something in the air. You get to know a few well and make friends that do this every weekend. It's in your blood...
  22. I just got back from fishing for four days. What a change. Nice!
  23. Decent year. Largest stringer was 22.89 on the club level. Qualified for the state team. Missed a few due to my health but finished 5th over all in our club. Fished 8 out of 12 tournaments. Won a little money here and there, Next year we will be on Fork in May and October. Hopefully someone on here will give me some help.
