At this time we are working to make our new RageTail website compatible with the older Inter Explorer 6. Right now it is best viewed in Internet Explorer 7, 8 or Fire Fox. Meanwhile, as we work on compatibility issues, if you want to upgrade your browzer, below are the links for your convenience. Dixon, Can't say that I disagree with any of the above listed comments and also if you go to the Rage Tail website and click on the Products Information page, you can get hooking instructions and alot of other information on each individual design as you choose. Just click on each picture of each design and you should be able to pull the info up. Also, the videos at the bottom of the home page are short clips and display the action of each and every bait. One is about 5 minutes and the other is about 3 min. Another important thing is w/exception of the Anaconda's, look for the baits that are in hardshell clams inside the bag. These clear plastic clams protect the integrity of the shape and the design, so that the action is optimal with every single bait. Another point to remember is to use a minimum 5/0 EWG superline hook for the Toad and I prefer a 6/0. Let me know if you have any other questions. John, I think 5/0 should be a minimum on 10". Standard Off set in the grass so that the shank is a bit closer to the worm and comes thru the thick stuff a bit better. EWG for everything else and might look into the old sluggo Hooks. Big O www.ragetail.com

Great stuff Paul....and you will remember these terrific times as much as your beautiful little Emily will....My daughter is now 35 and we still talk about our many adventures when she was very young. Like Fishizzle said they are similar in shape to the Brush hog and are made with super soft plastic along with super salt content. They are also coffee scent. Nice bait IMO Big O www.ragetail.com

Bassman....there are so many excellent flippin baits out there and most are basically drawing a reaction strike for you. The Bat wing is a small compact design and with 3/8 or heavier pegged weight it has decent action as well. If you look at he overall size it is very similar to beaver and creature style baits which are very popular in todays flippin market. The fall is relatively fast depending on the weight used and will get the job done for you in most circumstances. As often as not the fish will look for a slightly slower fall and you can lighten up as needed. When the fish are looking for both slow fall and high action you might want to change it up a bit. I used them and liked them much better for flippin and pitchin.....I know that was not it's design purpose but it fit my standard for flippin baits and worked just fine. It's my opinion that it was a stronger bait for that purpose than a top water application and possibly should have been marketed as such. Bet they smell real good now ;D Big O ww.ragetail.com

The week before, he finished second-place at Wheeler Lake in Alabama with similar bait choices being the Sexy Shad crankbait in a Series 5, Football Head jig with Rage Craw trailer and the new 10" Rage Tail Anaconda. Apparently, these finishes fired him up and gave him the momentum he needed to capture his fourth coveted "Angler Of The Year" title. Terrific season, KVD!

Like dozens of other pros fishing the Stren Series Central Division event this week, Ward ran down to the Paris-Danville area on Kentucky Lake each day, chucked big worms and jigs on ledges, and caught fish. The only difference was, at the end of four days of fishing, Ward had amassed 78 pounds, 5 ounces of bass to win the Stren Series event worth $25,000 and a new Ranger boat and motor package. And why Ward came out on top is still a mystery to him. Sure, Ward knows the water well; he works the night shift at UPS so he can fish during the day. But many of Ward's competitors know the water around Paris well, too. Yet Ward was able to turn in daily weights of 22-2, 20-8, 19-0 and today's 16-11 without falling off the winning pace. If I had to point to one thing, it might be timing, Ward said. Every good place on the river has the right time to be there it might be 8 o'clock, it might be 11:30, it might 3 in the afternoon but every place has a time when fish start feeding, and I was very much in tune with that this week.
