My biggest strength is feeding the bait monkey.

what would you give for this
$5k-ish?

Kayak paddle
If you constantly paddle long distances, yes you will notice a difference. If you're just paddling around a pond or small lake, no. The big place I notice a difference is cold water paddling. CF doesn't freeze your hands like aluminum.

Should I buy this boat
Looks like an Alabama fan...you may be able to talk him down to "something shiny" for it. a description would help with any valuation.

Spooled line
What offseason? in all seriousness, I respool about monthly, except for braid which I respool when needed or worn.

Fishing strong winds in the Charlotte, NC area today
I fish Wylie, Mtn Island, the Catawba belw Wylie and some of the public park lakes around Charlotte. Fun place to live, although I haven't really dialed in the big lakes yet

Is this a good kayak
For under $500 I would look for an outfitter near you that has a rental fleet. They turn those boats over every few years. They're rentals, so they get some abuse, but look around a little and check if they have any they're letting go after the season. Show up with cash.

Motor Trim
That answer right there is why this the best bass site on the web.

Graveyard Boat
It really does look better than new. Did you add anything to the bottom edge of the transom for reinforcement? And what did you paint it with?

The Beer Is Brewing, The Trash Is Flying, and The Race For The Pennant Is On!
He's locating it great. Locating right on the Cubs' barrels.

Soooo Lucky
Yeah and I think he fishes Norris as well...although maybe that was you that fished Norris?

Soooo Lucky
What lake was it? A lot of those around you get some current going when they're generating and/or drawing them down for winter.

The Beer Is Brewing, The Trash Is Flying, and The Race For The Pennant Is On!
Yet another disappointing postseason without Strasburg. Couldn't hit with RISP.

The Beer Is Brewing, The Trash Is Flying, and The Race For The Pennant Is On!
You guys do know the Dodgers still have to beat Scherzer at Nats Park, right? And no way heck do the Dodgers take the Cubs to 7 games; I would expect that one to be 4-1 at best.

3lb Crappie out of knowhere
A tube sock full of rocks with a rope tied to the middle or end makes a perfectly serviceable anchor for a one-person inflatable. The crappie probably either washed in, or was an accidental in the stocking as sometimes happens. Crappie are big schoolers, so if there's one there should be multiple. They'll spawn on small flats with brush next to the creek channel in spring. this whole thread is painful.

UFloat - anyone tried it?
I have my doubts about that thing being able to float you face up if you're unconscious in the water, due to basic physics. So no, I'd leave that one to a plaything.

The Beer Is Brewing, The Trash Is Flying, and The Race For The Pennant Is On!
Wilson Ramos with a torn ACL for the Nats on a bad throw by Zimmerman. Who'd of thunk his crap arm would still haunt us with him at first base?

The Beer Is Brewing, The Trash Is Flying, and The Race For The Pennant Is On!
Nats (finally) clinched last night, although not brimming with confidence with Stras and Murphy hurt. Maybe the lack of confidence is a good thing. Like Dusty's World Series record...

1436 for Casting Deck
My Nucanoe has a 41" beam. I highly doubt that boat is going to be very stable if you have weight above the seats. Wear your vest.

Jon Boat Trailer
Then yes. spring for the 12" wheels.

Jon Boat Trailer
Is that a Harbor Freight boat trailer?
