  1. I only know it because my cymbals are B20 Bronze.
  2. Actually, BRONZE is an alloy of copper and tin. Brass is copper and zinc. The aluminum gears used in reels are also an alloy. Aluminum gears are very hard, and so far the reels that I own have held up well. One, and Alphas Ito Ai is at least a dozen years old. Brass, is much heavier, but also very durable.
  3. His motor does not have hydraulic tilt and trim, so this wouldn't work. @dtag31 How close is too close for comfort when the motor is down? Pics might help. You can use https://postimages.org/ to upload and paste the direct link here.
  4. Or I could just buy a product that works straight out of the package. I'm weird like that.
  5. Throw a "like" and a comment on the YouTube page, and I bet Glenn himself will see it and respond.
  6. In today's event, they couldn't hold back.
  7. I do have a Compass Mirage, but I never used paddle leashes with the past four boats. It's an entanglement issue. My Paddle is full carbon fiber and floats.
  8. I recommend a 68 as well.

They were spamming the site with promotions and being confrontational. He was warned many times, and had many chances to play by the rules, but did not. Therefore he left us with no choice. Also TW is definitely NOT a sponsor. Current sponsors are shown on the right, or below on mobile. Everyone is welcome to discuss most non sponsor companies. However, if the purpose is to promote them for self gain (i.e. sponsorships) then it's not permitted. Everything is spelled out in the Rules and FAQs. It's wordy to help everyone understand them easier.
  10. I'm the one that warned about possible tangles. Until I lost my favorite spinnerbait rod, I was against them. I don't recommend a paddle leash, and I really don't like the idea of tethering when fishing. I'm not too worried about leashes behind me in the crate. I lost my rod, bumping it while putting the paddle away.
  11. I have a small, square plastic container with a rag in the bottom for JJ's. It holds four bottles perfectly. It's one of those lid attached, so I don't lose. Most grocery stores sell something like it.
  12. Heck, I don't even stick to one pond when I'm out pond hopping. One might be hot, another not. I keep lure selection simple, and it's usually based on cover each pond offers.
  13. @clayton86 uses a device that inflates when submerged. I can't remember what it's name is, though.
  14. I just saw they're calling for snowy mix on Thursday. This puts a serious crimp on fishing and skateboarding.
  15. Drop shot rig or jigging spoon are the two main things I use.
  16. Maybe not, if tethered to your PFD or something.
  17. I don't tether when I'm using the rod. I suppose you could add a pad eye close to where you hold the rod. Seems like it could be a pain, and I don't like stuff that can tangle in front of me.
  18. Siebert Dredge wire tie with Rage Chunk, Craw, or Zoom Superchunk. http://www.siebertoutdoors.com/
  19. Owner Down Shot Offset hooks for anything but bubba-shot. https://www.ownerhooks.com/product/down-shot-offset/
  20. I've seen multiple 5s come from a specific pond that is not much more than an acre. Blue gill are the forage as well.
  21. Not putting screw eyes into my rods.
  22. Most of the waters I fish benefit from catch and release, and I don't care for the taste of bass. There are other species that I occasionally keep.
