Take a look at the new St Croix glass cranking sticks just released this last week.

So can your loop knot fail. I have used snaps for a least the last 30 years when fishing cranks, spoons, jerkbaits & other treble hook baits. Never had a problem I always use a quality snap of the proper poundage tied with a polamar knot & retie daily or more often if catching lots of fish. The wear & tear on a loop knot is greater than a metal snap. I have caught numerous trophy fish & never had a snap failure. Snaps by their very nature allow maximum movement of any bait. If you absolutely want to use a loop knot go for it but for me it's a snap every time.

Get a yearly spec sheet or brochure on the boat your interested in from the dealer or manufacturer.

Now you know why I use a Boga while unhooking smallies from two & three treble hook baits. The one time I had a buddy just grab a smallie seconds latter my buddy had a hook embedded in his hand with a flopping smallie still attached. Worse thing is that smallies have more muscle mass than most other fish including largemouth which makes their flopping more intense in nature. Use a lip gripper to be safe when unhooking treble baits.

When you are unhappy at work it shows. I think you need to consider a new job versus dealing with being unhappy at your current situation. It doesn't sound like management is in your corner. Good luck with your decision.

I disagree. Shots didn't go down because the Cavs played excellent defense. The Cavs played very physical & just broke down the will to win for the GS. It's not how well you play during the season but how well you play in the playoffs.
