  1. S Hovanec a member here is an approved builder for North Fork Composites. The approved builders on NFC's site all submitted evidence of their work for acceptance by Gary Loomis. http://www.shfishinsticks.com/prostaff/
  2. My biggest weakness is not realizing in a timely manner that what I am doing is not working. When the bite is/gets tough I just hunker down & continue doing what I'm doing. I need to adjust on the fly when depth/location or technique is wrong for that day. Tenacity is a good trait but serves you best when you allow it to help solve the puzzle at hand.
  3. I sent you a PM on a 2002 Bass Cat for sale at $12,000 here in Florida.
  4. Congrats on the new PB. Always sweet to get a new PB.
  5. Warm up the motor before taking off. Was in another guys boat when his 300hp Mercury blew. Lesson learned.
  6. I have never seen a LC Pointer 120 SP. Is that a typo?
  7. Welcome to bass resource. The only omission I saw from your list is a scale so you won't be wondering how much your bass weigh. Good luck out there.
  8. I just got back from seeing with my wife. Very emotional movie from beginning to end, Don't miss it & make sure you have a handkerchief with you.
  9. . Do you mean aurora black?
  10. Geez A-Jay I was using 300 on that same machine & now you using 310. I'll never catch up.
  11. We need more people to use common sense approach like your family did. Congrats on being a good observant neighbor.
  12. Asked and answered. Spend the money and buy one good rod for bottom contact baits.
  13. Any hard bait that I own that hunts.
  14. Sounds like you had a good time & that's what it is all about.
  15. Another cold front bass. Congrats to Dewight Whitmore. I got a kick out the fact that he & his buddy had 7 over 8lbs, just caught a 14lb trophy of a lifetime & has already booked another trip to try again.
  16. Nice fish Goose. I always like the coloration your fish have. A simple tripod with your camera would give you another option for pictures. A lot of my smallie pics are taken with that system when I am fishing alone.
  17. Well for all you guys still wondering Roger had the bigger fish at 5lbs-9oz. My fish was very girthy for her length but only weighed 5lbs-8oz. But what's an ounce among friends.
  18. Nice one. Light tackle is a blast.
  19. Yes you took the 2nd picture. I'll give you full credit & disclosure.
  20. Get two.
  21. Leave it to Catt to introduce another topic on structure.
  22. I know the pictures are not the same size but you can still make a comparison. Roger has already stated that his fish weighs 5lb-9oz. Jeff aka 00 mod was there when I weighed mine as my witness. Lois was Roger's witness so we have two undisputed true weights from two very reliable scales. Let's hear your guesses & reasoning. A-Jay is disqualified because he knows the answer as does 00 mod.
  23. My guess is deep for Kissimmee. May be 10-14 feet. White belly would indicate she was tight to the bottom.
  24. Just buy a JDM Certate & you will get over the Stella fever. Then you can take the money you saved & get a new conquest too.
