Not a clue man. Haven't even had the chance to throw anything in any bass waters. I think the water temps need to climb more. Probably 2-3 weeks of some good temps and we'll be rockin and rollin.

That's sweet! Getting the certificate is kind of a pain anyways. Now I have to drive mine up to Gilford 45 minutes away to get issued a HIN. Marine Patrol would come right to my house to do it but I'd have to wait two years. :

Just bought some Rage Toads. Anyone use these yet? The review says they work best as a topwater but they feel a wee bit too heavy. Suggestions? I got the Green Pumpkin Pearl Belly.

Just bought some Rage Tail "Rage Toads". They look awesome. The legs seem to have a different feel than the rest of the body. I'm sure these will land me some bigguns. Thanks Big O.

The law says you don't need registration. As soon as that trolling motor goes on....... you need registration. As soon as a combustion engine goes on....... you need registration and boaters certificate. I'm not sure of all of the Marine Patrol locations but I know there is one in Gilford, NH near Ellacoya State Park. You will need to bring the following: Title, Bill of Sale, prior year registration (if applicable), and your drivers license. And you'll need to take me out on it. ;D Hey, I'll land some bass in it and I row like the wind. Ughh. My canoe needs registration but it has no HIN. Kaos.

Throw a jig right in the middle of that pool dead center of the pond. That'll land you some.

I'll post this project when its done. Its a small table and it will have a vine border. Cabin fever man. I think thats why I started fooling around with it. That, and the fact that I'm already kind of an artist and I love that charred wood smell.

Aah. Both very good and interesting points. A lake I normally fish has loons I see all the time sitting on stumps emerging from the water. I'll throw a minnow---- nothing. I'll throw a top water ----- nothing. INTERESTING.

d**n dude. I'm into fishing but man! You're INTO fishing! Interesting fact about catfish: they are the second or third most diverse vertebrate order, and one of of every twenty vertebrate species is a catfish. Another fun fact: there is one catfish species (Phreatobius cisternarum) that is know to live underground in phreatic habitats, which I think means "near the water table". Crazy

Bird activity indicates the location of the forage fish. And where there is forage fish, there is sport fish. True? Follow the birds? Maybe on a crappy day of fishing?
