Just got a new rod and while i was opening it scratched a tiny bit of paint of of the rod. Super small, hair thin and a half an inch long. Im really uneasy about it. Someone tell me im crazy and it wont effect a thing.

It all depends on what I started out the day with. If its something I have confidence in, ill fish it for a while. Whatever feels right.

They are very soft and will probobly catch fish very well too.

You probobly wont find them if they are 10 years old. But to your descripition the zoom Ole Monster worm may be very similar. Look at those they have plenty of colors.

On the side of my new Revo SX is a dial. I believe it has to due with the magnetic breaks. What is a good adjustment for it if I am going to be flipping and pitching. A short quick explanation of what it is would be great to. Thanks

LMAO RW I like that your still bustin my chops over that KVD may not be as stealthy as me,but like me he doesn't use shimano reels either and he still manages to cath a few bass O Funny you! KVD rocks. He could use a crowbar with steel cable on it and still catch fish.

Maybe some bright jerkbaits and tubes would be my choice.

I just ordered the Revo SX with a BPS 7' MH rod. Im going to put 30 lb. braid on it and use it as a frog rod and use it for flipping and pitching. What else would this rod be good for? Any other lures or techniques? Thanks

I like to fish frogs on braided line, but what other lures can you fish on braid? Are there any other good ones that work on braid? Thanks

I fish from the bank alot in ponds. Some of the biggest tips that I can give you are 1. Cast parallel to the bank most of the time, you will run your bait past more bass if you do this. 2. Match the forage in the pond you are fishing, (most likely bluegill, small minnows, crawfish, and frogs). This helps when the bass know what they are eating. 3. Be versitile and experiment with different lures and techniques. Read up and get as much knowlege as you can about bass.

I have caught some nice Largemouth on Rapala DT Crankbaits and was wondering if they would be a good lure to try for smallies. Have any of you guys caught them on these crankbaits. What worked. Thanks

I use Diachi on some of my Swimbaits. There good hooks. BPS has them.

I cant seem to find them anywhere either. The 5'' looks good though.
